I found the prompt in DatQueerMess 's book. There's mention of blood in this, idk if people feel the need to skip it or not but you've been warned.

Patrol had not gone well for Peter last night, he saved the person that was in danger, but got shot multiple times and had to remove them without May or Tony finding out. This meant he couldn't ask Karen for help and was most likely the cause of the current situation. He missed one which got stuck in his bone, preventing the wound from closing properly.

Now he's sat in science class learning about something, he couldn't recall what as he was trying to divert Ned's attention from the steadily growing patch of red. Unfortunately, he had been so focused on hiding it form Ned, who was seated in front of him, he had forgotten those behind him might see. Cindy rather rudely reminded of this when she screamed, "Peter, you're bleeding!"

Before the teacher could recommend him going to the nurse, Peter huffed, "I've been trying to hide that for the past thirty minutes or more, and you just told the whole class. Can I go to the bathroom to deal with this?" He caught the medical kit Ned threw at him and shrugged apologetically. Just before he exited the classroom the teacher found their voice, "Mr Parker, I cannot allow you to remove the bullet," there was a pause where the teacher tried to work out what to say next, "At least do it with adult supervision, in here."

He pulled out his phone and after unlocking it Karen spoke up, "There seems to a bullet located in your bone and your healing isn't able to work properly until you remove it. Calling Tony Stark." Peter scowled and handed a pair of tweezers to Ned, who let out a deep sigh and began to remove it. After noticing the class' and teacher's stares Peter hissed slightly, "I have a very high pain tolerance. Ned, hurry up Mr Stark's almost here."

"Just because you do this a few times a week doesn't mean I do," Almost as soon as Ned stopped talking Ironman crashed through the window. He scooped Peter up as soon as the bullet was out and Peter gave a half-wave. the class can hear the conversation as Tony blasts away from the school, "You're so grounded. That class wasn't even about human anatomy." The class and Ned are no trying to get over the shock that their classmate is close enough to the Tony Stark that he got grounded. it was rumoured that someone muttered Irondad, but that's uncertain as they were too focused on what Peter replied, "No, but the next class was about first aid, I intended to have Ned quietly remove it then. Before you lecture me about how it was unfair to drag him into it, he literally asked if he could be my guy in the chair, I figured this was included in the job description." Ironman was pictured facepalming as he flew over the streets of New York, apparently, that was considered front-page news at the moment.
