What does a man do when he falls on the ground?

Does he stand up and yell?

Does he get buried beneath a mound?

Only time will tell.

"Hey!" Rye exclaimed as he landed on the ground.

"It's been a while." Ch'en states as she stood closer to him.

"Why di - ?" Rye was immediately sent back to the ground when he tried to get up. "What the hell?"

"What have you been doing after the Nian incident?" Ch'en demanded.

"What?"

"You heard me." Ch'en unsheathes her sword ChiXiao and brings it close to Rye's face.

His countenance immediately turned pale as soon as he saw the sword mere centimeters from his face.

"Answer me." Ch'en demanded as Rye moved backwards only to hit Ch'en's desk.

Rye's apprehensions quickly dissipated as he maintained his composure.

What if I told her that Wei was offering the two of us a marriage prospect?

Never mind. I'll be dead either way.

"Last chance." She barked as she pressed the sword on his throat.

"Fine. I'll answer your question." Rye gave up. Ch'en put her sword back in its sheath as she waited for an answer.

"Spill it."

"OK! OK!" Rye got up as Ch'en folded her arms.

"Now!"

"OK! I was working for many people after I left Lungmen all those years ago."

"And?" Ch'en raised an eyebrow.

"What do you mean and?"

"I know that there is more to your story."

"I've also worked in Chernobog as well."

"For?"

"Money and a possible cure for Oripathy."

"The chances of a cure are extremely low. What makes you think that there is a cure?"

"I used to have a lead. But I lost most of my files when the Reunion attacked."

"Now onto the next set of questions." Ch'en continued.

"What?" Being bombarded by questions was not a way to spend an evening.

"Did you help kill Koshchei?"

That question struck Rye out of the blue. Struggling to remember the past, he revealed what he knows.

"You know about it?" Rye took off his mask and stared back at her.

"Everyone in Lungmen knew about it."

"Really?" Rye was astonished by the news. "I thought only Ursus new about it not Yen."
