If I'd ended up in this place instead of on that island, I'd have never imagined the ecosystem was natural. Not for two seconds.
Take these morellatops: they're a cross between a ceratops, a morelladon and a camel, and the strangest part? There are places in its humps where you can stick a spigot and get clean drinking water. Tastes like piss, but not only is it safe, it doesn't even harm the morellatops. It's crackers.
Definitely the result of genetic engineering, but I knew that, didn't I? It's time to get to the "why." Maybe studying the creatures here with my new perspective will yield some insight.

Si hubiera terminado en este lugar en vez de en esa isla, nunca hubiera imaginado que el ecosistema fuera natural. No al menos por dos segundos.
Mira a estos morellatops: son un cruce entre un ceratops, un morelladon y un camello, ¿y la parte más extraña? Hay lugares en sus jorobas donde se puede meter un grifo y conseguir agua potable limpia. Sabe a orina, pero no solo es segura, ni siquiera daña a los morellatops. Son obsequios.
Definitivamente es el resultado de la ingeniería genética, pero eso ya lo sabía, ¿no? Es hora de llegar al "por qué". Tal vez estudiar a las criaturas aquí con mi nueva perspectiva arroje alguna idea.
