Sadly, Bakugo ended up not meeting Midoriya during his internship week. He had warned the greenette that he may not be able to come during their next meeting time and they had organized another meeting beforehand, but Bakugo couldn't help but feel guilty as he walked alongside his classmates and Class 1B students to their internship finishing mini-party at the ITF building. Bakugo had ended up fainting on the day of their meeting, and he couldn't help but feel guilty for going to the party instead of checking whether Midoriya could have possibly ended up coming to the alley today.

Yesterday's training had gone pretty well, as well as most of the rest of his lessons. Most of their lessons were spent training to withstand a gas sedative, although sometimes, they went for night patrols as well. Mineta ended up transferring to Mount Lady, who also had joined ITF for the sake of growing as a hero, and luckily for Midnight, and not-so-luckily for Mount Lady, Mount Lady got the most perverted and hardest student of them all.

Kendo and Bakugo trained to withstand the sedative of different levels, starting off with the lightest one and going more and more intense. Kendo ended up fainting on the gas sedative which Midnight had called level 3 after breathing for 1 minute, whereas Bakugo ended up fainting on the so-called level 5 after breathing for 20 seconds. Bakugo ended up breathing shallowly starting from level 2, but Midnight couldn't judge him. It was a smart move at that too, although the fact that he didn't have to move and had more of an advantage against a gas sedative.

Bakugo glanced around him, and frowned as he watched Kirishima talking to Sero, wearing his usual enthusiastic smile. He continued smiling as Sero began to speak, and turning towards Bakugo, his smile wavered and he quickly turned back towards Sero on his other side to hide his expression from the blond. Bakugo let out an annoyed 'tch' but simply kept on ignoring him, while also trying his best to tune out the annoying chatter beside him coming from Mina and Kaminari walking beside him.

After what seemed like too long, they finally got to the building and entered it, led by Aizawa and Vlad King. They walked into one of the rooms that was bigger than a normal office but not big enough to compare it to the usual parties you see in a movie in basements. The hero course students immediately started to chat with each other even louder and some music was turned on in the background by Midnight, who was surrounded by girls who were already making a playlist for the party.

Luckily, the music wasn't loud, and not many people were actually dancing. Most were talking, some even talking to the few teachers or heroes that came along, while others, like Bakugo, simply ate the food that was placed on the table against the left side of the room. Bakugo chewed on his muffin as he absentmindedly watched the streets outside. Little did he know, he would have to end eating his muffin sooner than he expected...

Midoriya gulped down the knot in his throat as he, Dabi, Sadako, and Compress crouched on top of one of the buildings, Kurogiri standing not far behind them. Compress looked at his watch while Sadako reshaped her hands into weapons, and Dabi and Midoriya watched the building. All of them were tense, but none as much as Midoriya. They were given a mission, and Midoriya had luckily been able to seem slightly enthusiastic and appreciative of being trusted with his first mission alongside the executives of the organization, but deep down, he forced himself not to think about the blond that was a part of their class.

After all, he was assigned to...Badly injure the students, and if possible, the teachers that are attending the party or are getting in the way by any means possible. Midoriya hated it, but he kept quiet. He knew he didn't have much of a choice, and the best he could do was play along and pretend to be thankful for such an opportunity to work alongside them. Besides, he could avoid Bakugo, and focus on the rest of his classmates. At that point, Midoriya couldn't care less if he was being selfish; he knew he couldn't hurt Bakugo, but if he could hurt anyone else he was assigned to, he would, for his and Bakugo's sake of meeting again.
