Synopsis:

Impressions: Haven't found a really good novel to MTL for awhile now :3 Like, something to add to my faves :( Even the interstellar food porn did not hook me this time.

So our MC transmigrates to the future into the body of a 'fool'. His little sister has been raising him all this time. As the older brother, MC picks up the slack and become the breadwinner of the family thru cooking live broadcast since MC is a skilled chef in the modern world.

So our interstellar friends are all wooed by his cooking skills and by his knowledge of ancient Chinese civilization (he explains where the food names came from). Various biologist, history professor, other aspiring chefs come to apprentice/find him. He meets ML early on, he was also a 'fool' then, as consequence of our ML's mania from his SSS mental strength. Laters, ML recovers and becomes interested to MC cos they can meet each other in 'dreams' and MC can treat ML's mental mania just by appearing there. More food porn, and with MC's increase fame, he steps on a lot of toes so some conspiracies and public opinion wars which ML saves MC from.

Hmm.. then more politics, more wars, MC even went to the frontline! Some plot twist on MC's 'real' identity #SPOILER He is the previous first Emperor, while ML is the previous General. They win the war and the politics battle, establish an Alliance, get engaged. The End. There are Extras but the raws I found didn't have them, will look for it~~

Author-sama keeps insisting that food porn is the focus, but there are a lot of politics and conspiracies going on ah! Maybe because I've read The Film Emperor's Daily Live Cooking Broadcast before, I keep comparing them and I  don't want my food porn mixing with war XD Can't our MC just be a cute little food anchor? He already has a side job of reviving the Chinese civilization, plus his healing/awakening soup, can soothe ML's mental mania etc. Don't be everywhere! Lol. I'm also a bit miffed that MC keeps getting kidnapped and he just 'helps' his kidnappers/do their requests. And although it was a short short fight, but really?? MC picked the kidnapper's side OVER ML??? Overall, the characters didn't do it for me, the food porn got lesser in the war chaps (obviously), and it isn't just as good as The Film Emperor's Daily Live Cooking Broadcast (for me). It was pretty good when MC's live broadcast is still regular XD Readers who like faceslapping might enjoy this too~
