Synopsis:

He transmigrated into this book with the mission to prevent the antagonist from ending up 'blackened' too early.

And became a cannon fodder that is supposed to abandon the antagonist and prostrate himself at the Protagonist Bottom's feet.

To this, Liu Yu'an would like to say – To abandon a bossy CEO antagonist who likes him and is elegant and beautiful and can even shut down the world economy with one sentence, and go prostrate at the feet of the little idol, the Protagonist Bottom who doesn't even like him?

The original person must have had his brain bonked silly.

Thank the gods he transmigrated instead.

Later, Liu Yu'an realises – that the elegance and distance is merely a shell the bossy CEO has put about himself. The bossy CEO without the shell is sensitive, lacks confidence and especially lacks a sense of security. He's also... a crybaby.

As a member of the Virtual Worlds Management Centre, Liu Yu'an has been through dozens of different worlds already. He has been the emperor, the evil court minister, the Lord of all Demons, the Demonic Cultivator Overlord, the Ruler of the Ascended Realm, a teacher, a student, a doctor, a CEO, a general...

Though he never did expect to one day have to play the role of the characters he has been as an actor in another world.

Looking at the Internet, with all sorts of,

Commenter A: Aaaaah! Gege's acting looks like the genuine Demon Lord himself.

Commenter B: Holy shit! An-ge tell us in all honesty were you a high school homeroom teacher before you debuted?!

Commenter C: I'm in love, seriously, is it too late for me to declare my fanhood allegiance now?!

...

Liu Yu'an is quite nonplussed, my, oh my, you all are too young, too young...

Yet, not even the experienced transmigrator that he was expected that, one day, he would apply to be allowed taking a book character back out to the real world.

Impressions: Just literally finished this. It kinda leaves a bad aftertaste.. Maybe they shouldn't have ended the Extras like that...

So our gong MC lives in the Main World, he's a tasker who goes into book worlds with missions. His mission this time is to stabilize the villain so the world won't collapse. In the original book, the cannonfodder (MC's character) is the villain's fiance but he ran out of their wedding to go to the protagonist shou. The villain blackened and collapsed the world's economy. Yep.

So our MC did NOT ran out of the wedding and starts wooing the villain shou instead. Villain shou is actually reborn...if on the last life, he still has some obsession in this world (cannonfodder fiance) but now, he's lost interest. After a period of MC's wooing though, he starts falling for him again. Anyways, MC and shou's daily couple life, MC's work as an actor, shou's tragic backstory with his family etc... Then! shou find out about a book about this world, with MC as a tasker coming in, with him as the capture target etc etc. (Book appeared cos of a BUG in the Main World) He starts questioning MC's identity (Finally! MC is so OOC!) and MC tells him the truth, what's written in the book is real, about his 'mission' but tells him his love for shou is real and he'll bring him out to the real world with him. Then they finish the loose ends then goes to the Real World. The End. Extras is their Arrival to the Real World, their Wedding, and their Visit back to the Virtual World wherein 20 years has passed.

#spoiler The last Extra is the one with the bad aftertaste cos they meet MC's former parents. I mean,  MC & shou look like their selves 20 years ago and the parents have actually noticed when their cannonfodder son changed into MC (he was so OOC!) and later, when shou changed as well (MC & ML were replaced with 'programmed' doppelgangers to stay in the world) and the parents started questioning their...world/existence (reminds me of  Strategy to Capture that Scum Gong), but they have no choice but to accept it. I dunno, that's just...sad. I feel kinda bad for the parents. Haa... Anyyywaaayy..

Hmm.. it's actually okay. It's sweet, there's faceslapping (on MC's entertainment circle part), MC & shou are lovey dovey, there are funny parts. It's good. As the main character though, MC is not that endearing for me cos he's kinda careless. Translator-sama also mentioned it that MC didn't really care/wasn't apologetic to his team after causing troubles online and causing them to work overtime to clean up after him. It was the translator who added the 'apology' part. Same with the original's friends, I mean, MC only ever contacted them for help when he needs something done or investigated. One of them even asked MC if he's really 'him' after finding the book about their virtual world. As a gong/husband though, he's very good to shou and all his 'cares' are only towards him. For the shou, well, he's cute, tsundere, crybaby, insecure, loves MC to death. It would've been more interesting though if he gave MC a harder time 'capturing' him. Just saying~

Read this for gong celebrity MC x elite businessman shou~
