Impressions: ​Its okay. I saw the synopsis and thought it would be interesting, and its just...okay.

So our MC transmigrates into a sam​​e name cannonfodder. Cannonfodder is the protagonist's childhood friend. They were both Omegas disguised as beta. Worried about the plot, wherein he will die after he goes into heat and destroy his own glands, MC decided to restore his Omega identity. As a result, he gets assigned an Alpha partner which is ML.

Our ML is a super awesome Alpha. Youngest General, Mom is a mech genius, Dad and other sibs are all in the military. His specs are much higher than the book's official male lead. He is also very very doting to MC.

Meanwhile, all sorts of health problems has crop up on MC cos of his sudden switch to Omega, its the effect of using inhibitors for a long long time. So he would often faint/sleep/go in a coma and ML has to "treat" him thru mental powers (diving into MC's consciousness) and via pheromones.

Things happen, MC has to be marked so they get married in a hurry. Things happen (lol) and MC discovers the OG's backstory (why pretend to be a Beta) and MC becomes preggo btw. ML participates/helps in the protagonist's revenge (MC is busy being mpreg), and they succeed. The End. Extras is giving birth to little buns.

Hmm... its quite bland for me. MC is...carefree all the way. I mean, after he gets assigned our ML, MC is just doted on all the time. ML is too perfect! From the moment they met, he treats MC really well, there was no feeling of "falling inlove" with MC, he just automatically treats MC as his wife. Lol. Then there's all the fainting/sleeping/going in a coma happening, this goes on for awhile that I had this impression that all MC is doing is eating and sleeping! (lol. Sorry). I mean, something exciting is happening outside (fighting with Zergs, spies, the protagonist and OG's backstory/revenge) and MC is sleeping/fainted/preggo so he only gets to hear about it after its all over. I mean, he does participates sometimes but its too...little (for me), so MC has very few highlights. He's just this...precious baby loved and protected by all.

Anyways, I guess its not just my cup of tea. Its a 'everything goes well' but our MC is not...upgrading/improving himself and its also not the peaceful/heartwarming type. I guess, there's a lack of progress(?) for the MC. Like, how he is from the start of the novel, is how he is at the end.
