So our MC is from a rich family. After his father dies, him and his brothers started infighting for the company and he won. Then began his workaholic life until he gets sick and dies alone. After being reborn, he decides to withdraw from the 'heir competition' and fall inlove XD

In the previous life, our MC won over his sibs with his Uncle's support, then he found out that his Uncle was only using him and that he also wanted the company. Anyways, he had no one to trust and he was worrying endlessly about the company's affairs that he developed severe insomnia, After rebirth, he still has this problems and decided to stay away from 'work' and just be an investor/shopkeeper. He decides to invest on an entertainment company (and also a live broadcasting company) that he know would develop later and he meets our Film Emperor ML.

 #SPOILER ML and MC knew each other when they were kids, but MC has forgotten about it, ML has always remembered though, so when MC becomes the investor in the movie ML was acting in, ML befriends MC. MC thinks ML is a good person and decides to save him (ML died in an accident in the previous life). Our MC is very interested in a relationship, rather he is very interested in the 'trust' between partners in a relationship and he really researches about it, reading love guide books or asking netizens XD (cute!) Our ML says practice is better than theory and accompanies MC in date spots (FOR RESEARCH! Lololol). Laters, they get together, THEN sweet couple life. Ending is MC & ML  going public. Extras is MC & ML wedding, them being in a variety show, then a couple of AUs. One is MC's past life when he was a workaholic, he meets ML who didn't die (he was just injured from the accident). And ML starts chasing him. Another AU is MC & ML growing up together (MC didn't move away), then getting together after MC grew up. Love it! ^^

This is quite nice. I like MC & ML's dynamics(?). I think its cute that MC is clearly the younger one (in physical age) but he's like this old person who is already in retirement since he is so overly concern about health plus he doesn't know what is 'trendy' and he researches by reading love books and consulting netizens. He's also very serious about it too. And ML is like this little wolf dog who's clingy to him and quite black belly but MC is too innocent to see it! XD Sometimes its ML taking care of MC/guiding MC and sometimes its MC who is being considerate of ML as a 'young person' like when ML wants to show affection or gets jealous of their pet cat XD

This also has its share of faceslapping but its only because its the other side who provoke MC's company first and MC only counterattacks so its not all fluff. Anyways, read this for President shou learning how to fall inlove ^^
