I'm sitting on sofa next to mercy my mom comes out of bedroom I jump up

Alex-I'm trying to brave be here for no do it infront her

Alex thank you mum I think go bed and mum your bed is sorted mercy is sleep in couch I did offer her a blow up bed but refused

I give her my mom and sister kiss on check head into bed
I walk in bedroom she curled into ball in my T-shirt fast asleep looks like she's cryer herself to sleep I take off my clothes and leave my boxers climb quietly into bed she rolls over cuddles into me we both fall asleep
I wake up fuck it still early I'm gonna grab a coffee I need coffee I throw some short on head kitchen

Tasha-when I spoke to her last night she told me about the nightmare but I didn't relise there were this bad

Alex hello sir I need book appointment for girlfriend I told everything happened to her and now with nightmares
Dr- I wish she never left it this long the only appointment I get is 2 weeks from now I'm afraid I'm sorry
Alex thanks dr it's better than nothing is there anything I can do help with the nightmares
Dr-yes I will give sleeping pills and and will refer her to therapist she need one to get over what has happened to her

Alex-no not till two weeks but he has referee her to therapist she need one the dr said
Tasha-I think she does too

Later that day I told Lilly what doctor said
She was being stubborn at first but she understood she needs speak to someone.my mum took her out only to beach she screamed she didn't want to but she did it and she was fine a week later
She still having nightmares they getting worse it's like she daydreaming them now two she being going therapy but she say she don't want to speak to her she don't trust her so won't go anymore.she decide she wanted get back into work she phone Sarah she said not yet have abit more time off but she said she's wants work start by practicing her voice and writing songs down so that's what she being doing his week I feel abit happy she's keep herself busy.
