Walking into the library for the first time ever, during his almost two years at uni, Theo walked over to the desk which the librarian was sat behind.

"Hi, do you know where the pods are?" He asked

"Oh, go up to floor three, walk past the non-fiction book section and then turn right" she smiled

"Okay thank you" Theo walked off in search of the area where Naomi always said she went when she came to the library.

He wasn't looking for her, he was coming to the library for his own benefit because he had an essay to write about fast fashion and it's effect on the economy and how it'll hurt the finances in different countries.

The pods were glass rooms along a single corridor in the library that everyone on the lower floors could see into but they had the perk of blocking out outside sounds and that's what he needed right now, no distractions because he wanted to be available when Naomi came back up to uni.

In all honesty, she could be at uni already, it was a week before term started but the two of them had stopped talking as much because they had uni work to get on with, so Theo kept forgetting to ask her when she was coming back and she kept forgetting to tell him when or if she had booked her ticket yet.

Getting out of the lift and making it up to the third floor, Theo walked through the non-fiction area, shocked at how he had never come into the library before.

The place had really interesting architecture and it seemed like a good place to actually get work done, no wonder why Naomi was always coming here.

As Theo managed to get through the large section of books, taking the right turn, he began to look into the pods, one by one.

Occupied.

Occupied.

Occup-.

Theo couldn't help but do a double take.

In the midst of stacks of paper, books and her laptop, there sat Naomi, head buried in her laptop, typing away.

He smirked.

Tapping on the glass to make her look up, he was met with her beautiful face, which had a frown on it.

She was clearly stressed.

Theo opened the door to the pod and walked in.

As he made his way further into the room, he noticed her sat there with a black skirt and a white knitted jumper on, with the anklet he gifted her, still wrapped around her ankle just above her airforces, along with a pair of glasses sat on her nose, with her hair slicked into a middle parted low ponytail with her edges done.

"Not now Theo" she sighed

"Woah woah, I didn't even get a chance to even say anything and I'm already getting the cold shoulder" he defended knowing that when she got really stressed was unknowingly rude to just about everyone, it didn't matter who you were.

"Theo I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude but you're the last person I want to see right now" she added

To defuse the situation, Theo faked his hurt by holding his heart and gasping dramatically.

Naomi couldn't help but let a small smile creep into her face at the sight of Theo joking around with her.

Realising how mean she was being Naomi apologised, "That was rude. I'm sorry. I mean, I'm just so stressed with uni and that really good fashion internship placement, which would be a dream to work with still hasn't replied to me after my interview and I'm panicking, and then my hair is killing me because I did it too tight this morning and I have a fat headache and these blue light glasses aren't doing shit to help me" she expressed, staring at Theo with sad eyes.
