We had the Bachelorette party, the next week. Raya, Akshara and my school friends booked a hotel room.

It was decorated. They got me props and gifts.. We cut a cake and danced and played games. It was really fun.

After that, I packed to leave to chennai. Vikram accompanied me and dropped me in my home.
He kissed me on my lips.
"Let's meet during our marriage", he said
I smiled,..
" I'll be Mrs Sreedevi Vikram kumar soon", I said

We did lots of shopping for the wedding.
Raya and Akshara helped me in the honeymoon clothes too.

Because of Vikram's insistence, my mom had agreed to have a mehendi function.

I wore a gold anarkali with beautiful designs and beads. My hair was done, and I had makeup done accordingly with golden eyeshadow and a dark lipstick.

"Gorgeous Sree, too bad jiju can't come to the mehendi function", Raya said.

I smiled looking at myself in the mirror.

My school friends came to the room too and they were talking to me

My mom came inside the room.

" Devi are you ready, the mehendi ladies are here ", she said

I went out and the lady applied a beautiful mehendi on my hand.

All the woman surrounded me, admiring the design.

" Sree.. Hope the colour gets dark. Your husband will love you that much dark as it gets ", said an aunty.

After applying mehendi,. One of my friends played songs through a speaker they had and they danced..

They called me.. I looked at my mom, but she was smiling,.. So I joined them..

Then I gave poses to the photographer.

My phone rang. I saw that it was Vikram. I went to Akshara,
"Akshara, keep that phone on my ear won't you, my hands", I said

She looked at the caller I'd and smiled teasingly.
" Just do it na", I said

She put the phone on my ear.

Vikram: "Hello to be wife",

Sree: Vikram, why did you call

Vikram: is your mehendi over, how beautiful is it?

Sree: you called me to ask this?

Vikram: yes and I also wanted to see how beautiful you are

Sree: I'll take a photo and send you later

Vikram: I want to see live

Sree: how can you  , it's a ladies function

Vikram: that's why I didn't come in

Sree: what? You are here!

Vikram: Yes baby,

Sree: are you mad! What if anyone sees you

Vikram : I'll tell them I came to see you, it's the truth

Sree: Vikram, marriage is in a few days  won't they think that the groom isn't able to wait even a few days

Vikram: let them think what they want, that is the truth though, don't make me wait so long yaar, come out na..
