Chapter 49 : Round 2...Fight

Welcome to a new chapter, I hope you enjoy it.

The tension on olympus was quite high, a few minutes ago a young god showed power that was equal to that of the elder gods and now his brother too would fight, many wondered what kind of power itachi had, would it be equal to his brother, more or less, those questions were on everyone's mind.

Not to mention that his enemy would be the shinto god of the moon tsukuyomi, the god known for his cruelty and not having any shred of mercy to anyone not even his family. This battle would also decide who would be the new king of the shinto pantheon, the person who will marry amaterasu the shinto goddess of the sun and universe.

Apollo : after a shocking fight we now move to another battle, first up we have tsukuyomi the shinto god of the moon and his oponnent itachi jackson.

The crowd began to clap politely as the two appeared on the stage, the tension could be cut with a knife.

Apollo : 3..2...1, start.

Neither gods moved from their places, both were sizeing each other, soon tsukuyomi made the first move, taking out a sword he moved at blinding speed and stabbed itachi who fell to the ground.

Tsukuyomi : I thought this would be harder but it was too easy.

Soon itachi's body turned to crows then transformed to shurikens that stabbed the moon god whose figure shattered like glass. The crows combined and showed itachi who had a neutral face on, behind him the moon god appeared and put a sword on itachi's  throat.

Tsukuyomi : did you think an illusion can defeat me, I am the greatest at using them.

Itachi did not say anything as soon his figure dissapeared as well and another itachi was behind tsukuyomi who quickly stabbed the moon god who also dissapeared.

With the audience.

The audience were confused, they did not know what was happening or who was winning.

Heremes ( confused ) : who is winning ?

Apollo : no idea.

Ares : what is happening ?

Athena : idiots it is clear that both of them are using illusions, the first itachi who was stabbed was an illusion, so was tsukuyomi and the other itachi and tsukuyomi.

Ares : but that is boring, they should fight like real men without cheap trips.

Artemis : how is it that you are the god of war ?

Loki : hmm, there illusions may be on par with mine.

Hera : but to think that even we who are watching are unable to know who the real ones and who are fake.

Barbara almost had a heart attack when her boyfriend was stabbed only to sigh in relief when it turned out to be an illusion.

Barbara : I was so scared.

Kara : come one barbara, we both know itachi will not fall that easily.

Barbara : I know but I can't help but worry.

Batman : the mind games have began.

Diana : may you be the victor lord itachi.
Praying to itachi.

Back with fighters

One again the two stared at each other, then the moon god smirked.

Tsukuyomi : enough games, how about we start the real fight.
