Chapter 16

25th December

Emma woke up to the sun shining on her face from the slit in the curtain that wasn't closed properly. She turned around to get contact with her girlfriend but Danielle wasn't there. She wiped her eyes and looked around the room. The room was empty and Danielle was nowhere to be seen. She got out of bed in her comfy short pants and sports bra to ask Maya or carina why Danielle left. Emma usually gets hot in the night and takes off her shirt and she always puts it back on when she woke up but she didn't care because Danielle knew about the bruises now.
As she walked outside yawning she saw Danielle sitting at the kitchen island drinking hot chocolate. Danielle saw Emma come out in the corner of her eye. She turned towards her and opened her arms so Emma could give her a hug. She couldn't help but notice her with out a shirt on and the bruises showing. Emma walked in to her arms.

"I thought you left baby."
Emma said in a sad tone.
"I would never. Merry Christmas my love."
Danielle said as she stroked Emma's back.
"Merry Christmas."
Emma said. As they pulled away from the hug Danielle held on to Emma's waist looking at the bruises. She took her hand and gently passed it on them. Maya and carina didn't know that Emma told Danielle about her dad or that he abused her.

"Did he do this to you too?"
Danielle asked as she kept passing her hand over the bruises.
"Yeah."
Maya answered.
"As soon as I can walk properly I'm gonna take a metal bat and beat the living shit out of him for doing this to you."
Danielle said wanting to kill him because he hurt his girl and maya.
"Bambina you can't do that."
Carina said.
"Why not? He hurt Emma and if I knew about this sooner he probably would've been dead right now. No one hurts my girl."
Danielle said angrily as she stopped touching all the bruises. Emma turned and leaned back in to Danielle's arms.
"Trust me it's not gonna help the situation. Ever since I found out that he abused Maya I've wanted to kill him but we can't do anything about it."
Carina said.
"She's right baby. Don't do anything stupid."
Emma said as Danielle hugged on to the side of her body.
"No promises."
Danielle said as she gave Emma a kiss on her stomach.
"Now go put on a shirt."
Danielle said gently pushing her in the direction of the bedroom.
"Why?"
Emma asked thinking Danielle was embarrassed her girlfriend was abused.
"Because this."
Danielle said as she gestured to all her upper chest.
"This is all for me and nobody else."
Danielle said as she turned around facing the kitchen.
"But-."
Emma tried to say something.
"And I don't care if it's just maya and carina I still don't want you walking walking around basically naked."
Danielle said protectively.
"I'm not naked though."
Emma argued.
"Babe just go put a shirt on please."
Danielle asked. Emma didn't want to because it was hot, well at least to her.
"But it's hot."
Emma said.
"Come here."
Danielle gestured. Emma walked up to her. Danielle turned around and took off her shirt. She didn't have a bra on that's why she turned around so Maya and carina couldn't see her.
"Put your shirt back on please."
Emma said as she was being hypnotized by Danielle's breast.
"Why?"
Danielle asked trying to prove her point.
"Because you don't have anything underneath your shirt on."
Emma said.
"See this is how I feel when you don't have a shirt on."
Danielle explained.
"But I have a bra on Danielle, you don't."
Emma said.
"Well to me this is how you are."
Danielle said.
"Okay fine I'll put on a shirt, now put yours back on please."
Emma begged. Danielle put her shirt back on. Emma went in to her room, got the shirt and put it back on.
She came back outside.

"Happy now?"
Emma asked as she walked back in to Danielle's arms.
"Yes I am very happy."
Danielle said as she hugged on to Emma's side again.

"Bambina maya and I got you a present."
Carina said.
"Oh god please tell me it's nothing like your last present."
Emma asked.
"No it isn't another vibrator calm down."
Carina laughed.
"Let me get it."
Carina said running off in to her room.
"Here."
She said giving her a tiny box.
Emma opened the box gently.
"It's also from Danielle as well."
Carina added. The three of them pitched in on buying her it.
"You're joking."
Emma said as she saw car keys for a  BMW i8.
"Nope it's downstairs right now."
Danielle said seeing her girlfriend in shock.
"There's no fucking way."
Emma said not believing them.
"Go downstairs and you'll see it."
Maya said.
"Oh my god! Wait please tell me Danielle didn't buy it."
Emma said because she can't accept something this expensive.
"She helped but it was mostly me and maya."
Carina answered.
"Thank you so much."
Emma said going over to them and hugging them. Danielle cleared her throat.
"Ahem I'm right here too."
Danielle said raising her hand. Emma quickly ran back over to Danielle.
"Thank you baby."
Emma said giving her a tighter hug than carina and maya.
"You're welcome love."
Danielle said giving her a kiss as she pulled away from the hug.
"Are you gonna see it?"
Danielle asked.
"Maybe later, I wanna spend some time with you."
Emma replied making a bright smile appear on Danielle's face.
"I wuv you."
Danielle said in a baby voice.
"You're so cute."
Emma said squeezing Danielle's cheeks.
"Ahemmm. I don't know what you're talking about."
Danielle cleared her throat, deepening her voice.
"Such a softie."
Emma said giving her a kiss on her forehead.
"I'm not a softie."
Danielle defended herself.
"Yes you are."
Emma said laughing.
"No."
Danielle responded.
"Whenever we go out you're a whole different person acting all manly and shit but when we're alone you're such a cute little baby."
Emma said stroking Danielle's cheek.
"You have no proof."
Danielle said knowing what Emma was saying was right but she didn't want to admit it.
"You're even soft when carina and maya are around so if I ask them they'll say you're a softie."
Emma said.
"Am i? maya and carina?"
Danielle asked seeing if they would back her up. Maya and carina turned around.
"Maya is a softie too so don't worry about it."
Carina answered.
"I'm not a softie don't listen to carina."
Maya said.
"Denial is a strong emotion."
Emma replied.
"I don't know what you're talking about."
Danielle said.
"I have the proof just saying."
Emma said knowing she had multiple videos of her and Danielle together.
"No you don't."
Danielle wasn't aware that Emma had any videos of them.
"I'll show you."
Emma said getting her phone out from her back pocket.
