On the journey back, it was just in time for the rush hour. Zhou Shuo hurried and when he returned to the company, he was still a few minutes late.

Xia Liang was already waiting at the door of the company. He seemed to be in a good mood.

When he sat in the passenger seat, he asked half-jokingly: "Nothing was splashed this time, right?"

"Splashed."

Zhou Shuo replied briefly. Seeing Xia Liang turn his head and looked at him up and down as if he wanted to find some evidence in him, he continued, "I wasn't splashed."

Xia Liang chuckled, patted him on the shoulder, and said, "You are the most reliable in doing things."

Xia Liang thought that Zhou Shuo was deliberately talking to tease him but he didn't know that Zhou Shuo's brain circuit couldn't keep up.

As soon as Xia Liang got into the car, Zhou Shou smelled the peculiar smell of Xia Liang's body. Due to the small and closed space in the car, the smell was sweeter and richer than in the afternoon. It was almost inevitable.

Zhou Shuo's heart jumped uncontrollably again. He had to calm his mind to restrain the evil thoughts that grew in his heart so much so that Xia Liang had to digest what he said to him before he could give a reply.

"Master," Zhou Shuo said with difficulty, "You...did you spray a bit too much perfume?"

"Perfume?"

Xia Liang was stunned, raised his sleeves, and smelled it with a dazed expression.

"I haven't sprayed perfume. Where does the perfume smell come from?"

"..."

Zhou Shuo was a little speechless. He said that he hadn't sprayed perfume. He really doesn't know if Xia Liang's sense of smell is too dull or his sense of smell is too sensitive.

But Xia Liang is not the kind of person who can open his eyes and tell lies, since he said that he did not spray, then he'd believe that he did not spray.

Maybe some girl in the company broke a perfume bottle and Xia Liang accidentally brushed on her clothes when Xia Liang passed by? Thinking this way, Zhou Shuo felt a little relieved.

But the smell still made Zhou Shuo very uncomfortable. He opened all the windows on all sides. The wind blowing into the window diluted the richness of the smell in the car, making him breathe a little.

The place where Xia Liang went for his appointment was a resort under the Xia family. Because of its age, although it has been renovated several times, it still retains the Japanese style that was popular more than a decade ago.

The furnishings in the rooms are simple but the layout is warm.

A young man is sitting cross-legged in front of a few feet and pouring himself a drink. Seeing Xia Liang push the door in, he curled his eyebrows and smiled at him: "Here."

"There's a traffic jam on the road. Have you waited for a long time?" Xia Liang said sitting cross-legged across from him.

"Fortunately, I didn't wait too long."

Xia Liang called Zhou Shuo to come in and introduced: "This is Zhou Shuo. You should have seen him before."

He said to Zhou Shuo: "This is Li Mo, my junior high school classmate. I wonder if you still have any impression about him."

Zhou Shuo sat down beside Xia Liang, put his hands on his knees, and politely nodded to Li Mo.

Xia Liang's junior high school era was too far away for Zhou Shuo so the impression was vague but Li Mo quickly remembered Zhou Shuo and suddenly realized.

"No wonder he felt a little familiar when he came in. It turned out to be the little follower next to Xia Lin."

Xia Liang explained with a smile: "He used to follow Xiao Lin but now he's following me-working as an assistant for me."

Zhou Shuo then vaguely remembered that when he was a child, Xia Liang did often take classmates home for a while and the relationship between the two was very good. At that time Zhou Shuo was young and Li Mo often teased him intentionally or unintentionally.

Later, when Xia Liang went to high school, Li Mo came less frequently. Basically, he came occasionally during winter and summer vacations. When they attended university, Li Mo almost never showed up in Xia's family. It must be because the two went to different schools.

Zhou Shuo had some impressions of Li Mo but he had already forgotten Li Mo's name and appearance. However, the moment he saw him, he always felt as if he had seen him somewhere, like an actor in a TV series.
