It was loud.

A small groan escaped from the female as she blinked slowly, her vision still bleary. E/c eyes glanced with no purpose before closing tightly, a hiss coming forth as she moved a hand to her head. "Where..." she muttered out slowly.

"You're finally awake Soma-san."

Her eyes opened again slowly as her head turned to the side, allowing her hand to drop back down as she took in the masked man pulling aside the white curtains. A familiar western hat sat on top of his head as he moved a hand, helping her up against the bed. He pushed the pillow against her back, making sure it wouldn't fall. "I'm sorry I wasn't able to come sooner. Two of the teachers found you passed out in the hallway earlier and only notified me a few minutes ago," he stated. His voice was a lot more gentle than she was used to, a lace of comfort. "Do you remember what happened?"

"Um..." She stared before shaking her head, closing her eyes once more with a grimace. "I was separated from the other students and got lost..."

He nodded his head in understanding as he sat himself down in a nearby chair, making sure to keep close. "From the sounds of things, there was a lot of noise coming from where you were. Did something happen in the hallway during the evacuation?" She took a second to catch herself. "Take your time. I don't want to overload you but we need to know what happened during the evacuation."

"The evacuation..." she muttered. Her vision was slowly getting better but a headache still lingered. "What exactly happened?"

"A group of reporters were able to make it past the front gate," Snipe explained casually, not missing a beat. "There was damage to the front gate so they were able to pass through and it activated the alarm system. Luckily, we were able to safely remove them and nobody was injured." His hand waved slightly as he spoke. "You were found shortly after everyone had gone back to class. Some of the teachers were checking around the school to make sure nothing had happened. Apparently, they found you outside the teacher's lounge."

They searched thoroughly, didn't they? But that was to be expected, it had sent off the alarms. Who knows what might have happened during all that time? "I see..." E/c eyes looked down at the white sheets that covered her, her hand gripping at them a bit unsteadily. "I'm glad no one was hurt."

"Yes, I am too," the man said, a small laugh in his voice. "Although, your friends seemed to have other ideas once they realized you weren't in class. If Recovery Girl hadn't been here, I'm sure they would have stormed inside."

Her cheeks brimmed a bright shade as her face took on a look in surprise. She had almost forgotten that she had lunch with Midoriya, Ochako, and Iida earlier. "D-Did they really? And we're really not that close!" she stammered out, earning another laugh. Snipe patted her on the shoulder gently.

"No need to look so embarrassed. I'm sure they meant well."

"That's not what I meant..." Her face turned brighter as her hands went to her face, hiding her glowing cheeks. "If I had known they would do such a thing I would have been more careful this morning."

"Well, you can't go changing what's already happened. But maybe you should start working on learning the layout of the school a bit more so this doesn't happen again. We don't want you ending up somewhere you aren't supposed to be, now would we?"

"Ah, yes. I...probably should..." she choked out quietly. Her body slightly stiffened, an edge of uneasiness coming with his comment. He simply gave her another pat on the shoulder after hearing her speak.

"Now then." The chair that he sat on scraped against the floor, becoming quite loud due to it being one of the only other things making noise in the room. "Do you think you've calmed down enough to talk about what happened?"
