"Suzuzuzuzuzuzuzuuzuzuzzu-"

"Erm..."

"-zuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzzuuzu-"

"Just ignore her."

"-zuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzzuzu-"

"Is it alright to just leave her like this?"

"-zuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzuzu-"

"Alright, kid! We get the point! Hurry up and shut up already before you scare any of my customers away!" Suzuki yelled out, whacking the younger girl on the neck. Her broom stood proudly at her side, held tightly within her other hand. "Honestly, what's gotten into you lately? I thought it was weird when you suddenly texted me asking for a place to hide for the day but I didn't think it would be this bad." She frowned, her hand going to her hip. "Have you been getting enough sleep lately? You look miserable."

"You do look quite unwell, Soma. Perhaps it would be better for you to sit down and rest," Toshinori offered from the other side of the counter. Sunken in eyes looked at her with concern, his items from earlier discarded on the small table. "Has school not been treating you well? I'm sure they would understand if you told them you need more time away."

"I'm...fine," she managed to get out, a yawn shortly following after. Drowsy e/c eyes blinked unevenly, a hand going to rub at her eye as she fought to keep them open. "Thank you for worrying about me but I'm fine. I was just working on something last night and ended up losing track of time." Another yawn came forth, the female wincing as she stretched out her arms upward. "Suzuki-san, do you possibly have any leftover snacks your not selling? I'm supposed to be meeting with my friend tomorrow but don't want to go empty-handed."

"I'd have to go and look," the woman sighed out, shaking her head. "But I should have a few hanging around the back if you need any. Don't worry too much about paying me back, I was already planning on getting rid of them since they were going out of date pretty soon." She frowned, displeased. "I buy all these products yet nobody comes down here. It honestly feels like such a waste to keep throwing them away."

"Maybe you're scaring away the customers?" Y/N offered, gaining a glare. "Well, considering there aren't many heroes who patrol this area, it's probably safe to assume most people don't like coming out without any sort of reason. Coming out to a place like this is just asking for something to happen, especially if you're not careful enough."

"I think you're the only kid who'd willing walk around someplace like this," Suzuki mentioned, expression returning to neutrality once more. "Do all you vigilantes just like running into danger or something? I thought you would have avoided this place more now that you're in one of those big, fancy schools but you still keep coming down here."

"Still not a vigilante," the h/c haired girl said without hesitation. Her feet swung around from the chair she was sitting on, her hand going to pick up one of the items the number one hero had grabbed. He tiredly smiled, pushing them closer to her. "I'm sure U.A would kick me out if they found out I beat up some villain and people have been calling me a vigilante...I don't know why you're all so intent on calling me one anyway. I didn't really do that much. Anyone else could have done the exact same thing."

"Because nobody would. It's a dog-eat-dog world out there," Suzuki shook her head. "You'd be surprised at how little people care about helping others around these parts. But that's just the way things are. You can't really change old habits. Which is why everyone was so interested to see some teenager beating up a guy. It finally gave the police a good smack in the ass."

"Yagi-san, she cursed in front of a child," Y/N gasped. She ducked under the counter before the broom could hit her, the object clattering against the ground. Fingers trailed up to the top, e/c eyes poking out from behind cautiously. "Aren't you supposed to be a hero advocate or something? Stop her."
