i declined it and called her normal then stood up.

it rung once and she picked up.

" hello" she said with an attitude.

"don't do that bruh wassup whatchu need"

" oh now i'm bruh"

i sighed out.

" what did i do now" i asked pacing back and forth.

" today you said you would come over and hang with me" she said.

" i did" i said confused. kehlani was eyeing me as i stopped.

the flashback hit me.

" ughhh i missed you" she said kissing my neck a few times.

" i know i'm sorry i just been busy at the studio lately" i slightly lied.

" and i respect that but you need to make time for all this" she said sitting up.

" and i did why do think ive been here for the last few hours" i said rubbing her thighs.

she was about to say something when her phone started ringing. she got off of me and looked at it.

" my moms calling" she said happily.

she picked it up.

" mommy" she said with a smile.

" hey babygirl right now not a bad time"

" no i'm just in my room hanging with y/n" she said showing me.

" heyy babyy how are you" she asked me.

" i'm good how about you" i said.

" i'm good" she responded.

her and normani started talking about something as i looked at my phone. i got a text from meg.

i quickly texted her back telling her i couldn't right now.

i guess ima go call cliff then ik his cheating ass would make time for me.

i rolled my eyes at that text.

i got up and normani looked at me.

" my mom i have to go" i mouthed.

" ma let me call you back really quick" she said hanging up then getting up.

" everything fine" she asked.

" the doctor texted me and wants me to come in to talk about a few things" i lied.

" okay well don't stay away too long" she said then pulled me into a kiss.

" i'll come see you next week and spend time with you" i said

" same day"

" yep" i said pecking her lips then walking away from her grabbing my keys.

" i did say that" i sighed.

" you always do this y/n, you weren't like this when we first started talking i don't know what is-"

" listen i'm sorry it's just a lot going on lately i'm coming now" i said.

" sure you are i heard that line before" she said then hung up.

i groaned then snatched my hoodie from on the bed.

" i'll be back" i said.

" where you going" she said suspiciously.

" i need to handle a few things" i said grabbing my keys.

" when you coming back" she asked.

" later" i said walking out the room.

" kendrick keep an eye on lani i'll be back" i said.

" where you going" he asked.

" nunya" i said.

" whatever ugly" he said looking back on his phone.

i left my house going to my car.

she just sighed and folded her arms.

she just stood where she was.

i sighed and stood up then walked to her.

" i'm sorry okay i know i haven't been spending too much time with you but im figuring things out" i said cupping her cheeks which forced her look at me.

she just sighed. " i forgive you"

" thank you now let's go watch a movie or whatever you want to do"

" i got a few things in mind we can do" she bit her lip.

" i like where this is going" i said as she dragged me up to her room.

" i'm glad you do" i said kissing her cheek.

i got up and found my clothes.

" maybe i should start calling when i'm upset to get that type of sex from you all the time" she said yawning.

" if you want it like that just say it don't stress me out" i chuckled.

" but i like seeing you like that so i'll think about it"

" i'll come back in a few days so we can actually spend time" i said.

" mhm i'll see you" she yawned and closed her eyes.

i grabbed my keys and left her house.

when i got back home the crib was silent.

i walked upstairs into my room and saw kehlani peacefully sleeping in my clothes.

i sighed and walked into the bathroom and showered.

thankfully normani ain't leave anymarks like last time.

i got dressed and laid down next to her.

i got comfortable and looked at her then stared at her stomach.

the memories of her flooded my mind.

" me and him are nothing y/n i don't want him i want you"

" i would only want a kid by you"

" he's attractive but not my type i already have my baby"

i looked away and stared at the ceiling.

" i can't believe the lies that i went for" i mumbled rolling to my side.

i know i did what i did but she told me she would never get with him and look at where we are now.
