I sliced my thigh open, the blood immediately streaming out.

The blood dripped from my thigh to the floor, landing in the same pool of blood from Britney.

But the pain?...I didn't feel it.

It didn't hurt, I felt it but it didn't hurt.

I looked back up at Britney's shocked face.

She was dying, I wouldn't give her another 10 minutes if she didn't close that wound.

"What?-" I spat, "-you wanted me to show you didn't you. So here I am. You're going to do the same thing as I'm going to do, if you want to survive." I ordered.

She nodded, fear completely overtaking her there for a moment.

"Now I need you to listen to everything I say and do. Repeat what I'm doing understand."

"Y-yes"

"Did the bullet go through your body?"

She looked confused so I stood up and walked to her, than pushed her down so I could see her back.

Her groaning in pain and discomfort as I examined the wound.

The bullet had gone through it, that's good, perfect in fact.

I walked back and sat back down on the table in front of her.

"First disinfect the wound." I did the steps myself as well, feeling the burning sensation ripping through my skin.

"Grab the needle holder with a thread. Use your needle driver to grab the needle. Make sure the needle clamp locks in place and then pull all the thread out of the suture kit." She did as I said.

"Now use the tissue forceps to expose the side of the wound you'll begin the suture on. This lets you see what you're working with and how deep the wound goes. Line up the edges of the wound as much as you can. Okay, now push the needle through the skin at a 90-degree angle about a centimeter to the right of the wound. Don't go below the fat, just right above it." I said while doing and showing the movements.

As I pushed in the needle through my own skin, a painful whimper escaped my mouth, but it wasn't to bad.

It had just been a long time since I did this, I needed a little time to get used to it again.

Britney though....that's another story. She was crying and hissing in pain almost screaming from it.

I ignored her and continued, "When you've gone deep enough, twist your hand clockwise so that the needle starts coming up on the other side of the wound. You want the needle to come out straight across from the first needle hole. When the needle has come out on the other side of the wound, unlock the needle driver, reattach it near the tip of the needle, don't lock it, and pull until you have about 1-2 inches of thread left on the right side of the wound."Again she did as I said, but with slower movements and her hands were shaking like a leaf in the wind.

"Now release the needle and use your left hand, hold the thread on the left side of the needle and wrap twice around the tip of the needle holder. Now, hold the thread on the left side of the needle and wrap twice around the tip of the needle holder. Slightly open the needle holder and grab that 1-2″ of thread on the right side of the wound. Again use your left hand, pull the long part of the thread. The part of the thread wrapped around the needle holder will slide off. See, now you've created what is called 'the first throw'. Tighten things so that the tissue is just touching and make sure the knot is lying flat though. Now tighten the thread with the help of needle holder.

Now the 'second throw'. Use your left hand, hold the long end of the thread and wrap it once around the needle driver clockwise. Slightly open the needle driver and grab the short end of the thread. Using your left hand, pull the long part of the thread. You'll finish off your surgeon's knot with another overhand knot. Now repeat this again, but instead of wrapping the thread clockwise around the needle driver, wrap it counter-clockwise. This will prevent the knot from slipping." She again did as she was told, but looked at what I was doing more than actually listening.

"Now just cut off the excess thread and move a quarter-inch down the wound and repeat the process. Make sure all the knots are lined up on the same side. Now just keep repeating this until you're done."

After a few minutes that...person was done and I continued talking, "Wrap your wound with a bandage before you turn around so I can sew your back close too."

She looked up shocked and in pain, "what?!" I spat at her.

"You-I...I don't want you to touch me." She cried tears were still palling down her face because of the pain.

"Can you stop whining and just do as I say! I need to suture your back because otherwise you'll still bleed out and die. Right now at this moment you're still bleeding. And it won't even hurt that much, so stop being a baby it'll be over fast, I can't have you die yet. Now hurry up!" I demanded.

With a lot of resistance, she eventually did as I said and wrapped a bandage around the wound before I made her lie on the table so I could stitch her back.

I prepared everything and started stitching while sitting on her to stop her from moving around.

She cried and whined in pain the entire time from the stitching, like what is she going to be doing when I have her in one of the cells.

I snickered at the thought of her yelling and screaming for mercy which she'll never get, before I had enough of her trashing and pointed to Allesandro and than the ducktape and than to Britney.

He immediately understood what I meant and came forward.

He taped Britney to the table and also put some ducktape on her mouth.

I finished her stitching before here too adding a bandaid.

As I finished, I had already made sure to call some of the security guards from the mafia to take Britney to her cell.

I pulled Britney up, not caring about her pained face and stuff.

"Now, You're going to go to your new home. I'll visit you in a few days or maybe about a week or more. Can't wait to see you and the others again." I said giving her a psychotic smile before pushing her towards the guards.

I gave them a genuine smile which they returned before taking Britney away.

As they did that, I jumped back on the table.

I ripped the bandage back off and stared at the now closed wound.

I haven't need to stitch myself in a while, I was kind of getting used to it.

It's weird that I had to do and feel that kind of pain again today.

And even though, I'm happy that I'll get my revenge on not only their friends and now Britney, something didn't feel right.

Like I was still missing something, someone to add too that group of people and I don't even know who.

There was just this feeling and this dread in my stomach making me feel sick.

I feel like something is going to happen.

Something bad.

And I really don't want that.
