Summary: just interview scenarios of different Avengers.

STEVE

"Steven Grant Rogers here for an interview for personal assistant, yes?"

"Yes sir but Steve is fine."

"Okay Steve, says here that you were in the army and just took an online collage course correct?"

"Yes sir."

"Well you are awfully polite. I really could give you this job now but before I do I just have one question. What do you think you could contribute to this company?"

"Well sir, I would like to get your company back on track. From what I know, your company has been doing very badly this past few years."

"I didn't ask your opinion on-"

"I think you need to set more strict rules on your staff and start budget cuts on those who slack off. Seeing as we have a lot to talk about we will have a meeting on Monday at eight to discuss further changes to the company."

"Wait, changes? I never-"

"Thank you for your time."

So I really think Steve would be in control of the whole interview but would still be polite. He would address most matters concerning punctuality and not let the interviewer have a say.
