Tywin couldn't help but watch as the Crimson Guard looked around the throne room. He had never really seen anyone that wasn't impressed before. But he certainly had now. The woman looking at the throne as if it were nothing. As if it were of no importance whatsoever.

"Interesting what men will fight and die for. What men will sell their souls for.........."

"So, if I were to offer you the throne right here and now. If I were to make you a queen. If I were to give you the Seven Kingdoms. A man to stand by your side. Are you telling me that you would not take them?" Tywin interrupted. The High Crimson Guard turning to look at the old lion, before making her way over to him.

"Firstly, despite your position. Despite the fact that you really hold Robert Baratheon's balls in your hand. The Iron Throne is not yours to offer anyone. Nor are the Seven Kingdoms. Though if we are speaking of what could be in some different world, then no. I would not accept the throne. A crown. Nor the Kingdoms. I do not care for crowns or status. For gold or glory. All I care about, are my sisters and the great mothers. They are the ones that I owe my life to. My reason for living. For in your world, status means little for women. It does not save them from ruin." (Y/n) informed him. The guard moving to look out of the great window behind the Iron Throne.

"The great mothers told me, that the woman that bore me, was of good name. Of good reputation, and a fine house. That she was born well. Yet that did not stop her family from banishing her when they found out that she was carrying the child of a Lord. A lord that refused to wed her after forcing his attentions on her. That she had made her way to find the Deaths Watch. The mothers. The sisters, welcoming her when even her own family wouldn't. That they had given her a new family. And that family became mine the day I was born. The day that she left this world. I would not betray my family for anything. I would not sacrifice one sister, for my own wellbeing. For anything that you or anyone else here in this city could possibly offer me. Tell me, Tywin. Could you say the same?" (Y/n) continued, as she turned her gaze from the sky back to the older man behind her. The lion sure that he was becoming more and more fascinated by their guest, by the minute. The Lannister patriarch wondering who the Guards mother could have been. Who her father could be.

"In this world, I would be no more than a bastard. An unwanted daughter. Unclaimed. Unnamed. Ignored. Forced to do whatever I could to survive. To kowtow to men like you. But in my world, I bend my knee for no one. I have respect and give respect to those that deserve it. I am feared by our enemies. By those that are foolish enough to stand against the Death Watch. By those that face me on the battlefield. So, tell me........lion. Why would I sacrifice that for a crown? For a throne. Why would I give it up to have a man stand by my side? For if you haven't noticed, I do not need a man to protect me. A man to tell me what I can and cannot do. I do not need to give myself to a man like Robert Baratheon. A man like you." The Crimson Guard added. The lion and Guard watching one another for a moment.

"Then you do not want for love..............?"

"Love!? Ha! What do you know or care about love? Tell me, Tywin. How did your daughter feel about being sold to Robert? How does she feel about being bedded by that bloated soak? Or perhaps she has been able to give that highly dubious honour to the whores that call this vermin filled city, home. I suppose that that is not something that a father and daughter speak about. Though I have a feeling that it is more that you don't care. That you feel as much for your daughter, about her feelings, as my father felt for me. Nothing. For daughters are never as good as sons, are they? They are just objects to trade. Breeding cows that can be sold to increase you power or the gold in your purse. You care nothing for love. Men like you never do. You take what you want and give nothing in return. All I need by my side, is my sword and my sisters." (Y/n) bit out. Mocking the lion's question. Tywin feeling the need to bite back. To ask her what a maid could know of true love. How she could mock him. A man that had loved. A man that knew the pain of losing that love. And even though he would not class himself as a caring man, a loving man since Joanna was taken from him. He still knew more of love than the Crimson Guard ever would. Yet he knew better than to confront a member of the Deaths Watch. To make his usual comments to a woman, that had a sword strapped to her side. A sword that she had been trained to use since she was old enough to lift it. And despite the differences between them. The anger that was growing inside him from the lack of respect that she was showing him. Tywin couldn't help but feel himself more and more drawn to the beautiful and obstinate woman. Drawn to the fire in her eyes. The passion in her words. Her loyalty and intelligence. The old lion sure that the only other woman that he had ever met that could come close to the Crimson Guard, was Olenna Tyrell.

"Now, if we can finally dispense with the foolish talk of love. Of what if and could be. I think it is more than due, that you and I spoke about my time here. What you can expect of me, and what I expect of you. So that we can come to an agreement. So, we can perhaps learn more about one another. After all, if I am to be an effective emissary, it is only right that I get to know you. I get to know the real power behind the throne." (Y/n) continued, before leaving the throne room. Tywin finding himself following behind her like a dutiful servant.
