Chapter 4

Kentrell pov

I unlocked A'mari door going in her room. I pulled the cover back a little seeing that she was still sleep. Her eyes are puffy. I shook her a little and her eyes opened and she almost jumped out her skin. She stood up

Me. Get dressed

She went to her closet and in her suitcase

Me. Do you not see all them cloths

She nodded

Me. So use them

She closed the suitcase back and she picked an outfit out and she went in the bathroom. I walked out her room locking the door and going to get dressed myself. I'm taking her to meet my momma, baby momma's and kids and family basically. I put my shoes on going back in A'mari room seeing her seat on the bed looking down.

Me. Come on

She got up following me. We went downstairs

Me. You hungry?

She shook her head no.

Me. Yall come on

The gang here. We got in the sprinter. I got in the front seat

A'mari pov

I got in looking at my lap. I felt them staring at me. I felt the van moving. After awhile I felt us stop moving.

"Uncle". Come on

I looked up getting out. "Dad" got my hand I'm scared. Where are we? My eyes filled with tears. He knocked on the door and a few minutes later this lady open the door letting us in. It was more people here.

"Dad". Seat on the couch

I sat down and they sat by me

"Dad". This is A'mari

They waved at me and started introducing there self.

Lady. I'm sheronda kentrell mom

Lady. I'm starr and these are my kids jr, Kameron and kamari

Lady. I'm nisha and theses are my kids kayden, Armani and kgeen

Lady. I'm nia and these my kids taylin and treyveon

Lady. I'm jania and this my son kacey

Lady. I'm drea and this my daughter kodi

Lady. I'm cola and this my son kael

Lady. I'm Yaya and this my son kj

Man. I'm Kendall and this my daughter lani

Lady. I'm teelee and this my son ryile

That was everyone I looked down in till sheronda said

Sheronda. You hungry?

I looked up shaking my head no. I felt someone staring  at me

Sheronda. Kids go upstairs

I looked at "dad" he nodded I went with them upstairs but one of my "uncles" came up there to. I think his name pyungin I heard one of them say his name in the sprinter

Kayden. Let's play superheroes

they started playing with the action figures. I sat on the couch Looking at my lap

Jr. You wanna play

I looked seeing him holding a bord game. I nodded we sat at the table in here. He opened it and started putting it together.

1 hour later

"Dad". Come on

I got up and he grabbed my hand jr waved at me and I waved back

Kayden. Daddy can I come

"Dad". Next time

He nodded we went downstairs. Everyone said bye and we got in the sprinter. This time I sat next to the window. I stared out it the whole way back to the house. We got out and went in the house. "Dad" took me right back to my room. I took my shoes off laying in the bed. I looked at the wall until I fell asleep.

30 minutes later

Kentrell pov

I turned on my phone going to the camera seeing that A'mari is sleep. I'm hungry.

Me. I'm finna order some Chinese.

They started handing me money telling me what they wanted.

I ordered all of us something and we waited.

Kd. You not gone get A'mari something?

Me. She said she not hungry

I rolled a blunt and we started smoking.

Hours later

A'mari pov

I jumped out my sleep crying. I had a nightmare more like a flash back of my dad being killed. I miss him so much. It was like he was all I had left now I'm all alone. I started hyperventilating. I got up going in the bathroom throwing up in the toilet. After throwing up for the third time I brushed my teeth washing me face. I used my inhaler 3 times putting my medicine bag under the sink.

When I came out the bathroom "dad" was standing there. I went in the closet getting an outfit and I went and took a shower. After putting my night cloths on I went out the bathroom seating on the bed. The door opened

"Dad". Here

He put a plate on the the nightstand and he left out. I looked at the wall seeing a tv. I looked for the remote finding it. I turned the tv on and put cartoons on. I'm still not really hungry but I opened the food seeing chicken wings and fries. I just ate the fries.

The door opened again. He put a cup on the nightstand. He looked at the tv

"Dad". You watch SpongeBob?

I didn't respond I just finshed my fries and drunk my juice. I looked over there seeing him look at me with a evil face.

"Dad". You not gone answer?

I nodded he rolled his eyes leaving tuning the light off. I laid in the bed under the cover and fell asleep.
