The funeral

A'mari pov

I just put my dress, stockings and shoes on. Tt ari did my edges. I have box braids. She left my head seeing if they look good then she kissed my lips. We went downstairs I sat on the couch laying on the armrest. Kam came downstairs in a suit. I rolled my eye of course he gotta come🙄. Once everyone was here we went outside waiting for the limo. Once it got here we went to the funeral.

We're on are way the the grave yard. I'm sad but not really I got to spend the last moments with my mom. I'm 41 years old I'm not a child. A'mari was only 5 when she lost her mom. If she can do it I can to. A'mari is my motivation. I looked at her seeing her staring out the window I got her hand and she looked at me smiled a little before looking back out the window.

We pulled up at the grave yard and got out they put my momma casket on the thing and slowly lowered her in. Tears left my eyes but I wiped them away. She Deserve to Rest In Peace. After they finished up we left after I dropped my flower for her down there. We got in the limo going home. We're having a after party at Jason house. Me and a'mari went in my room Chang into a customized outfits that I had someone make for us. I used a black scunchie to put her braids in a messy bun. And redid her edges

We went downstairs. Once everyone was ready we got in the cars. We went to Jason house. His house is huge we got out going in. He has chiefs in here cooking soul food and music is playing. And it's decorated nicely. I sat next to A'mari seeing her playing a game on her phone. She looked at me it's something wrong

Me. What's wrong?

She shook her head and went back to playing the game on her phone.

Me. Why you won't go hang out with kam

She shrugged I looked at her phone

She nodded getting up seating by him

I sat next to kam

Me. You wanna join my game?

He looked and nodded looking at me. I helped him download the game and gave him the code and told him how to play it.

He nodded after he killed everybody the game started over. We played 4 more rounds when Jason said we can eat. Granny Alexis made my plate. I sat on the couch eating

I finshed eating going to throw my trash away.

I went to see what he was talking bout the cake was decorated nice. He showed me the other cake it was also decorated.

I nodded getting a Can of soda and went in the front room seating on the couch.

Later that night

I took a shower and got in my night cloths. I put my socks on laying on the bed watching tv. My heart started to feel warm and it felt like someone was Hugging me.

After watching 4 episodes of amazing world of gumball I started falling to sleep.
