A'mari pov

I got up getting ready brushing my teeth and washing my face. There's bags form in under my eyes. I got dressed putting my shoes on. Then I put my jacket on. The. I put my notebook for today in my bookbag . Then I put the bookbag on. Jazz opened my room door.

Jazz. Come on.

I came out my room kam and kayden came downstairs to. We went in the dinning room. I'm tired jazz sat food in front of me. I ate a few spoons of food. Then I drunk some juice. Jazz have me my lunch. Then she gave kayden his lunch to.

Kentrell. Come on

I got up getting the lunchbox. We got in the car.

Kam. Are you sleeping?

I shrugged looking out the window. Kentrell got in the car driving off. We pulled up at my school. I got out putting my bookbag on getting my lunch box. I closed the door going in there

Jr. Did you sleep last night?

I shook my head

K'mari and harmony. You look like you haven't sleep at all

I nodded my body is also sore from cheer last night. We went to class

Ms Wilson. You ok?

I nodded getting my warm up seating down. I started on the warm up. Then I laid my head down dozing of a few times but I managed to keep my self up.

2 hours later

Kentrell pov

My phone started ringing. I rolled my eyes answering it

??. Is this parent or guardian of A'mari James?

Me. Yeah

??. Well I'm principle harrise and I was calling to see if everything was ok at home.

Me. Yeah it is

Principal harrise. Well teaches and coaches have been telling me they have seen bruises on her, she always looks sad. Well there was 2 weeks were she came in and look very happy and she talked as well. But that quickly changed after those 2 weeks.

I balled my fist

Me. She don't act like that at home.

Principal. It looks like she hasnt been getting no sleep aswell

Me. Do y'all need me to come get her?

Principal. If you want to. She's not in trouble. But she do need to sleep

I nodded as if they can see

Me. I'm on my way

Me. Go pick A'mari up

Jazz pov

I got my slides on going down stairs. My baby is in daycare today. I got my keys. And I left. I drive to A'mari school. I went in there

Lady. Who are you here for?

Me. A'mari James

She nodded calling on the walkie talkie. I signed her out. When she came in here her eyes were red, and she just looked tired. We left getting in the car. She put her seat belt on putting her bookbag on the floor

Me. Did you sleep last night?

She looked out the window. I Picked us up some Wendy's. I looked seeing A'mari sleep slobing and all. I paid for are food driving to the house. I sat out here for a while letting her sleep.

30 minutes later

I woke her up and we went in the house going upstairs. I put her food in her room. She sat in her bed putting her book bag on the floor. She looked down at the floor. I sat next to her.

Me. You ok?

She didn't answer she just stared at the floor. I got up leaving out her room. I locked her door going in me and kentrell room eating.

A'mari pov

I got up going in my closet getting my teddy bears and my extra blanket. Then I snuck my tablet in the cover. I got my pillow. Then I went in the bathroom locking myself in here. I put the stool in front of the door. I put the pillow in the tub. Then I got in putting the cover on me getting my teddy bears. I put a movie on Netflix on my tablet turning it all the way down. I started going to sleep.
