I'm on the phone with my mom and her husband andrew.

Andrew. You know who A'mari live with?

Me. Yea

Andrew. Ask if she can fly to stl with you for Thanksgiving

Me. Ok

I talked to my mom then they hung up. I'm going to stl on the 17th which is Friday. I heard a knock on the door

Nana. Kam it's somebody hear for you

I put my shoes on putting my home in my pocket. I went downstairs seeing yb. I got my keys leaving

Me. I'll be back later

She nodded I got in the car with yb. While he was driving I asked him

Me. Can A'mari go to St. Louis with me for thanksgiving?

Yb. How many days?

Me. 8 and half days

Yb. Yea are they paying for the plane ticket?

Me. Yea

We pulled up at his house and we got out. And we went in the house. I sat on the couch and he went upstairs.

A'mari pov

I put my uniform on

After putting my shoes on we went in the gym practicing. Today is game day.

Coach. A'mari come here

I went to her she put my inhaler on my wrist. Then she put my braids in a a ponytail and put the bow in right. She had us practice are half time routine. Just 2 times the harmony mom brung pizza and juice. We ate and then we waited for the game to start

Game time

We stood on the outside bleachers. The lights out here are really bright. Couch sprayed bug spray on are arms and legs. They flipped a coin and then the game started.

We sat back down watching them play.

Half time

We got on the fild in are spots and are coach put the music on. We started on the routine. And halfway though the routine me and K'mari went to the front getting ready for are part.

Coach. Get ready

We finshed it off and started doing are black flips then into a split.

Everyone started cheering we went back to the bleachers. I used my inhaler the other cheerleaders did there halftime routine and then 3rd quater started.

After the game

Are team won. We got water I went and got my stuff out the team lockers

I looked and smiled we hugged getting are stuff

I followed him after saying bye to my friends. We went to the fild

He nodded we got in the car. Jr got my hand. Starr drove and picked us up burger king and then she dropped me off at kentrell house. I knocked on the door. Kam open the door. I went upstairs. I got my night cloths out. I started eating first.

Kam.Aye

I flinched looking up

Kam. Pack your suitcase with 9 outfits and the stuff you need

I nodded and finished eating. I took a shower getting dressed in my nightclothes. I put my socks on and then I got a suitcase packing 9 outfits, 9 pair of pjs and jackets and my teddy bears. I put my laptop, tablet, Apple Watch and my chargers and hygiene stuff in a night bag. I put the suitcase and bag in the closet. I'm thirsty I got up opening the door . I went downstairs going in the kitchen getting juice I drunk it. Once I finished the juice kentrell was standing there looking at me angry.

Kentrell. Say I'm sick of your ass not listening

He took his belt of coming over here. I started shaking out of fear. He grabbed me by my arm and started whooping me. I started screaming and crying. It doesn't seem like he's going to stop. He dropped the belt slapping me then he started chocking me. I pushed his hands off but he just held tighter. I feel lightheaded. I felt my eyes roll back and I blacked out.

But I woke back up to water being thrown on my face. I jumped up.

Kentrell. Go to your fucking room!!

I flinched going to my room. I slammed the door laying down. He came in here slapping me again

Kentrell. Don't slam my fucking door

He left out slamming the door. I balled up under the cover silently crying. I just wanted something to drink. I cried my self to sleep.
