Case 2. Killer VS Killer: Chapter 20. Captive

Zhan Zhao's blunt words resulted in Bai Yutang holding him in his arms all night. As they had things to do the next day, Bai Yutang could only hold back. He muttered to Zhan Zhao, "Cat... You're killing me. You owe me one. I'll get it once this case is over."

Zhan Zhao didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Early the next morning, Bai Chi and Zhao Zhen also returned. As soon as they arrived, they saw the chaos in the courtyard.

"Xiao Chi." The twins went up to Bai Chi to tell him everything. "Last night was very thrilling!"

"Really?" Bai Chi was depressed as he lowered his head. He felt bad for not being here last night. However, what he didn't realise was that he wouldn't have been much help even if he was present.

Zhao Zhen got out of the car with Li Siben. As soon as he was about to enter the house, he saw Zhao Jue come out with his hands in his pockets. Although Zhao Zhen had prepared himself for this, he was still a bit stunned seeing Zhao Jue. Bai Chi, who was next to him, also saw Zhao Jue.

Zhao Jue raised his eyebrows and looked at Zhao Zhen. Then, he turned around and touched Bai Chi's head. "Long time no see."

"Mm-hmm." Bai Chi nodded and looked back at Zhao Zhen. Then, he turned his face and gave Zhao Jue a big smile before going inside.

Zhao Jue stared at Bai Chi's disappearing figure, and then looked back at Zhao Zhen, who had walked up to him. "He is very cute."

Zhao Zhen nodded gently while standing next to Zhao Jue. Li Siben strolled over and sniffed at Zhao Jue's feet. It seemed to know this man.

"Oh..." Zhao Jue reached out and patted Li Siben on the head. Li Siben rubbed against him, then turned and ran into the house to look for Bai Chi and Zhan Zhao.

Zhao Zhen and Zhao Jue stood together for a while. Zhao Zhen turned to go in but was gently pulled back by Zhao Jue... Zhao Zhen was slightly stunned. When Zhao Jue grabbed his hand, something was placed on his palm.

Zhao Zhen looked at Zhao Jue in puzzlement.

"It will be useful in the future." Zhao Jue smiled. He said nothing more, as he went to the yard to look at the flowers.

Zhao Zhen stuffed the thing into his pocket, frowned and thought about something. Then, he turned and went into the room.

After everyone got up, they were busy packing. Bai Jintang's private plane was stationed at a small airport not far away. Everyone boarded the plane and rushed to Rome to work with the police there on this case. On the other hand, the two werewolves caught the previous night were chained and taken onto the plane for questioning.

SCI was already famous due to the presence of Zhan Zhao and Bai Yutang. This time, they had successfully captured two werewolves, destroying the sudden attack of WOLF. It caused a huge stir among the local police.

When the SCI people got off the plane, the sheriff in charge of the case, Mason, greeted them at the airport with two assistants, Elina and Kraft.

Due to the large number, Bai Jintang vacated his entire villa in Rome and let everyone use it as the headquarters for handling the case. Mason knew that Bai Jintang was somehow related to Leonard, and that he was very powerful in Italy. This time, they had to deal with WOLF, who possessed strong firepower. Therefore, working at Bai Jintang's villa was safer than working at the police station. As a result, everyone divided into different groups. Bai Yutang, Zhan Zhao and Ou Yangchun followed Mason back to the police station to greet the top officials there. Bai Chi, Luo Tian, Ma Han and Zhao Hu followed Elina to the police station to get all the information about the case. The twins, Wang Chao and Zhang Long took the two werewolves back to the villa to keep an eye on them. Bai Jintang, Gong Sun, Zhao Zhen, Zhao Jue, Jiang Ping and Kraft went straight to the villa to setup.
