Case 2. Killer VS Killer: Chapter 31. Action Plan

Zhan Zhao's idea was a bit confusing. He asked Leonard, Karula and the police to cut off the flow of drugs, anaesthetics and sedatives into the Lipari Islands, the southernmost island, where Wo Fu's headquarter was located.

"Cat, what's the use of stopping the flow of these drugs?" Bai Yutang was a little puzzled.

"Wo Fu's control over people is not perfect, so he relies heavily on drugs. As long as he is cut off for a few days, he won't be able to do anything." Zhan Zhao said.

"What happens if all of his people run out of medicine?" Ou Yangchun asked curiously.

Zhan Zhao smiled. "The point of taming animals is that they are harmless most of the time. Only when you let them attack will they attack."

"What happens if they are no longer controlled by drugs? Zhao Zhen asked.

"Then they will become beasts." Zhao Jue replied, then continued to drink his cup of tea.

Bai Yutang thought for a moment before saying to Mason, "Arrange enough police force at the places where the medicine is stored in the major hospitals. Take electric batons and net guns as well to bring people back alive."

Everyone couldn't help but smile. Bai Yutang had been captured before, so he picked up a few things or so about capturing people.

"Oh no!" Zhao Hu suddenly patted his thigh and shouted.

Everyone next to him was startled. Ma Han rolled his eyes and said, "Hu Zi, why did you suddenly shout?"

"Think about it!" Zhao Hu said. "In the future, if anyone wants to capture our Captain, all they need is a net gun and electric batons."

Before he could continue, he was kicked in the ass by Wang Chao. "How could anyone capture our Captain twice? He's already got a defence in place!"

Zhao Hu touched his head and looked at Bai Yutang, who said while smiling at him. "Would you like to try it?"

"Uh... no, it's okay." Zhao Hu obediently went to one side.

Mason went down to make arrangements. Zhan Zhao thought for a moment, then opened the document Zhao Jue gave him last time and asked Zhao Jue, "Do you want to do it or should I?"

Zhao Jue took the document and said, "Let's do it together." With that, the two of them went into the study. They asked Jiang Ping to prepare the recording equipment and began preparations.

The people outside looked at each other, not knowing what the two of them were up to.

Although Bai Yutang was curious, he could not disturb them. The rest of SCI waited outside all afternoon before Zhan Zhao and Zhao Jue finally came out with a few discs.

"Cat, are you done?" Bai Yutang went forward curiously and asked Zhan Zhao.

"Yep." Zhan Zhao nodded. "We're done."

"What is it?" Bai Yutang grabbed the discs.

"These are recordings that can control emotions." Zhan Zhao said as he rubbed his brow. "Mason will probably catch a lot of the people that are being controlled. Although taking drugs can calm them down, it is harmful to their health. These recordings can keep them quiet for a period of time. That way, they can be treated together and recover more quickly. Otherwise, it will take a while for them to quit the drugs and recover."

Everyone nodded, and when Bai Yutang saw that Zhan Zhao looked very tired, he reached out to give a massage. Everyone couldn't help but smile. It was rare to see Bai Yutang serve someone.
