Alex and Max sat together, limbs entwined while El was in the bathroom, bushing her teeth. The two girls were sat in a comfortable silence, just enjoying each others company. Alex looked up smiling at Max. The girl thought i was angelic, the way the moonlight reflected off her skin.

"Max?" Alex asked, noticing the girls distant expression, She blinked, returning to reality. "Are you okay?" she asked.

Max nodded, "Yeah, sorry your just really pretty," Max said sheepishly. Alex blushed, leaning forward to capture the girls lips, both girls in an overly good mood compared to normal. Both girls smiled and deepened the kiss, off in their own world.

They pulled apart as the door opened and El walked back in, both girls a mess with red faces and blissful smiles. Max and El moved to the bed to flick through one of Max's comic books, Alex passed them up on it, tutting at Max for only having DC comics.

Alex was sat at Max's desk flicking through radio stations until she finds the perfect song.

"Another one bite-"

""We're halfway there oh, o-"

"I wanna run, I-"

"Touched for the very fi-"

"Standing in the rain wi-"

"I was made for lov-"

"Wait, babe," Max said, looking up from her comic. Alex looked up at her, before flicking the radio again. "I like this song," she said. Alex sighed against the chair letting the Frankie Valli song play.

Alex couldn't help but smile as the lyrics reminded her of Max. the girl in question whispered along to the chorus, "Your just to good to be true, can't take my eyes off you," Alex found herself doing that exact thing as Max sung quietly, her eyes were stuck on the ginger in adoration.

Max looked up at Alex, now completely invested in the song as she picked up her hairbrush, "I love you baby, and if it's quite alright i need you baby, to warm a lonely night, I love you baby, trust in me when i say,"

Alex looked at the girl like a lovesick puppy and she knew it, she couldn't help but blush and giggle. Then get nervous, neither of the girls had actually said it yet. Was that Max's way or was she just singing.

The ginger girl pulled on her arms, making Alex stand up and dance with her. Alex protested but eventually let the girl pull her around the room, bouncing up and down as they sung.

Alex didn't have time to focus on it because Max had taken it upon herself to get the girl to join in and not just sit in a corner flicking through radio channels. Alex sighed but let Max drag her onto the bed next to the other two.

The lights had gone out a few hours ago but Alex was still awake, Max was cuddled into her side as she thought. It seemed like she had been hit in the face earlier, She was in love with Max. Like, she properly loved her.

But could she tell Max that, it seemed early didn't it. They hadn't even know each other for a whole year and had only been dating for five months. But... she had been crushing on her for longer and they kissed for the first time eight months ago so it cancelled out didn't it?
