Daniel put his blunt to his lips while he watched Analise's car speed towards the finish line. She'd finished her last lap, beating her PR and the other racers behind her. There were two more races she wanted to partake in, but she finished her first one in good time. The crowd went crazy over her as usual, and he could already vision the wide smile on her face.

The last two weeks they'd actually been having races since they cancelled the one a month ago. Daniel helped her finish the RT she had, so she brought it out today for the first time. He remembered how happy she was after finishing the car, so he could only imagine her joy after winning in it. Even though Daniel still knew very little about racing and cars, he always felt proud of her whenever she won. Anything that brought a smile to her face, he loved.

"She a beast at this shit," Bando said while Daniel passed the blunt to him.

"Dead ass but come on."

Daniel led Bando through the crowd to the end of the finish line to check on Analise. She raced well and it wasn't a drift race, so he doubted she'd need any work done on the car. Either way, he wanted to congratulate her and make sure she was okay.

The other racers started to file in behind her as Daniel approached the car. He hadn't even had the chance to open her door since she was already opening it and jumping into his arms. The sudden shock made Daniel chuckle as he wrapped his arms around his girlfriend, inhaling the smell of the strawberry shampoo she used earlier that morning.

"Bae, I broke my personal record. Did you see me? I dusted those niggas," she raved.

"Yeah, I saw, mama. You did ya shit."

Analise broke away just enough to kiss him. "I have to pee really badly."

Daniel snickered. "Go use the bathroom."

"I wanna wait until I get my money, hear my time, and see what the next race is. I might wanna go home because I already won the biggest race. It wouldn't be fair."

"You so cocky," he said, breaking out the hug.

She smirked. "Time doesn't lie."

"You right, bae."
