Analise stayed on the phone with Cevyn on her way to Daniel's house. Her nerves were all over the place since everyone would be there. She already had to deal with Daniel's rudeness and hatred, but she worried she wouldn't be able to handle everyone else's. It would be everyone against her because nobody there actually respected her except for Rae'Lynn. Although Rae'Lynn respected Analise, she wondered if Rae'Lynn would side with Bando since they were in a relationship.
Out of everyone amongst Daniel's family and friends, she had anxiety about seeing Kenzo, Bando, and Danielle. The three of them were the people she were closest to. They were the first three of Daniel's people to even know about the pregnancy, and they all begged Analise to not leave. She could imagine the betrayal and anger they had towards her, so she feared their reactions upon seeing her.
Daniel told her not to talk to anyone, but she wanted to at least see if she could fix those bonds. They were part of Alani's life. She wanted to be somewhat cordial around the people who surrounded Alani because they'd always be around, and Analise would have to share spaces with them.
"I wish you were here," Analise mumbled as she made a right turn on the street to Daniel's house.
"You'll be okay, baby. If they're being rude, then you have every right to leave. I know you want to be there for Alani, but you don't have to put up with disrespect," Cevyn reminded.
Analise pushed out a breath. "I'm hoping everyone would just get it all out, so we can move on."
"They can express themselves without being rude. Stop thinking that you deserve this."
"I can't do this without you, you know?"
"Whether I'm by your side or not, you're strong and can handle it. Don't let anyone tell you different, okay?"
"Okay. I'm pulling up now, so I'm gonna hang up. I love you."
"I love you, too, babe. Call me when you're leaving."
Cevyn ended the call as Analise pulled up to the large mansion at the end of the block. Analise's eyes went wide at the size of Daniel's home. The house they had in Bryxton was huge, but this home looked to be almost doubled in size. It made sense since it had to accommodate the three men, Jakiyah, and Alani.
