14. Why is She here?!

*Madi's POV*

•three months later (July)•

I was in the kitchen making sandwiches for Dan, Phil, Veronica, and Dan's new girlfriend, Ginger.

Ronnie's legs were almost completely healed. One was fully healed and one had a small dislodged bone, so when she came crutching into the kitchen, I freaked out and flipped the knife I was using in the air.

"Sorry, Mads." Ronnie said, laughing.

"What?" I asked.

"There's mayo on the ceiling." She said, laughing.

"Why are you in hear, child?"

"I had to get away from 'Danny's little ginger snap.'" Veronica said, mocking Dan.

"OMG. Barf much?" I said, making gagging noises.

"I know right?" Ronnie said as Phil stocked into the room.

"And you are in hear why?" I asked him, smiling.

"Dan and Ginger are making out I the couch." Phil said, scrunching his nose in a cute way.

"Little goblins..." I heard Ronnie grumble.

She crutches out of the room and Phil and I stared after her.

"That girl's emotional range is as deep as the deepest sea." Phil remarked.

"Are the sandwiches done?!" Dan yelled from the lounge.

"On their way, your highness." I mumbled, making Phil chuckle and kiss my forehead.

•Ronnie's POV•

I grabbed a bag and put two pairs of clothes and pjs in it. I wore my stretchy sandals and left the room.

"I'm going to Brighton! Be back soon!" I yelled.

"Be careful!" Madi yelled.

I made my way to the train station and got on the first train to Brighton. I whipped out my cell phone and dialed a close friend.

"Hey? Can I stay at your place for a day or two?" I asked.

"Sure, Rons. Anything for you." ??? Said.

"Thanks. See you soon."

After a long train ride and a troublesome trip to the bathroom, I arrived and saw my friend wave.

"Joe! Hi!" I said.

"Hey Rona-Roonie!" Joe said, hugging me.

"Caspar doesn't mind me staying over?" I asked, worried.

"Caspar loves you! You're another prank target." Joe laughed.

"I don't get scared easily."

"Ya. I know. That's why I'm breaking out the big guns." Joe said victoriously.

"Yeah whatever mate." I said.

^Driving is boring^

"VERONICA!" Caspar shouted, hugging me. "Have you come to save me from Joe?"

"Sorry bro, but no." I said.

"Alright." He said, looking down.

"How's Emma been?" I asked.

"Joe popped her head off!" Caspar shouted, punching Joe in the back.

"Well I got you something." I said, producing an African-American baby doll out of my bag and handing it to Caspar.

"Her name is Brenda Sugg." I said.

"I love it!" Joe shouted.

"Great." I grinned.
