"Walking through the the airport is such a great time" I thought bitterly as we dragged our suitcases towards the exit. Phil and I walked side by side, holding hands and pulling our cases. I glanced back at Dan and Ronnie. Dan was glaring at his phone with his earbuds in and Ronnie was trying not to cry.
We were taking a rental car over that fit all of us. We found it and immediately left. Ronnie had to drive because Dan, Phil and I couldn't figure out how Americans drive.
She drove slowly and kept her foot on the break the whole way there. I sat in the front and the boys say in the back. Dan left his ear buds in the whole way there. When we finally got there we all got out and Kyle met us outside.
"Hey, Rons." He said, walking up and hugging her.
"Hi Ky. This is my best friend, Madi, her boyfriend Phil, and my other friend Dan." She said.
(OOH DAN GET BURNED SON! "Shut up Krista!" You shut up Dan.)
We all shook hands and went inside.
