CHAPTER 155: Hallelujah!!

Arriving at the military hospital, Rosé Han steps out of the car. She looks at white building filled with windows. Without looking back, she spoke to Jeon Jungkook.

"I won’t be long."

"Mm."

Stepping forward, she proceeds towards the entrance. Before she left De L’amour, she had sent her workers home. There wasn’t much left to do, so she didn’t mind, and like her words, she couldn’t take long. She needs to get back to her company in time, so when Park Jimin picks her up, he won’t know she left work.

Entering the hospital, all the nurses and doctors greeted her. They already know who she is and respected her as Han Rosé Han and not as the supermodel or the granddaughter of General Mo.

"Miss Han, welcome."

A middle aged doctor greets Rosé Han upon her arrival. She looks at him and smiles, "Doctor Wong. How is my brother’s condition?"

"He woke up an hour ago, his condition has stabilized. Give it three to seven days and he’ll be fully recovered. General Mo was just here, but he left 30 minutes ago."

"Mm. Thank you for taking care of him."

"Haha, not at all. I am a doctor, seeing my patients well is my job."

Rosé Han chatted with Doctor Wong for a bit, then she heads to Junkyu's room. She knocked on the door then enters.

Inside the room, Junkyu laid bored on the bed. He was practically wrapped like a mummy and couldn’t do anything. However, the tv was on, so he could only watch whatever was on.

Hearing the knock and the door open, he didn’t give much thought to it. It was probably just one of the nurses coming to check on him.

"I thought you didn’t like watching this drama?"

"I don’t, but now, it seems kind of inter—-"

He choked on his remaining words. The voice that he was very familiar with came to his ears. He turned his head in the direction of the door and was at a loss for words. Staring at the person, his heart tightens.

Rosé Han smiles as she puts a bag on the table and walks towards the bed. "Sorry I couldn’t come see you earlier."

Junkyu didn’t say a word. His eyes stare at his older sister, watching her every move. Occasionally, he will blink his eyes, to make sure he wasn’t imagining things. Until he was sure that it was reality and not a dream, tears slowly slid down his eyes.

"Jie....."

"What’s wrong? Are you feeling pain anywhere?"

Rosé Han couldn’t help but ask. Doctor Wong said Junkyu's condition has stabilized, so why is her younger brother crying?

Knowing she was worried, Junkyu shakes his head and smiles. "I’m fine. I just thought I was seeing things...."

She frown hearing his words, "Why would you say that?"

Junkyu looked at his sister, then he looks up at the white ceiling, "That man said Haruto and I had been abandoned. That we didn’t hold any importance in the world..."

Hearing the word abandoned, Rosé Han's eyes darkened and her aura turned dangerous, "No matter what anyone says, Yeye and I will never abandon you. You are a Mo and my brother, never forget that."

He turn his head back to look at his sister. His softened at her words and he smile, "I know.... Jie, what’s going to happen to Haruto?"

Rosé Han sighs and sits down on the chair at the side of the bed.

"Haruto no longer has a family." She looks at Junkyu and continues, "But, I hope to help him and let him know that he is not alone. Can I ask you to help him too? I don’t want to see him get devour by his own darkness."

"....."

Junkyu didn’t say anything. His mind drifted to the time when Haruto chose to sacrifice himself, so that Junkyu could escape.... Then the image of Haruto's mother appear in his head... his eyes dimmed and he nod his head with confidence.

"I want to help him too."

He really does. If he can help someone, like how his sister helped him, then that will mean a lot to him.

Rosé Han's heart softened more as she watch her brother. She knows that, if Junkyu can help Haruto, the boy will definitely strive to live on. Brushing the discussion away, she reach over to the bag on the table and takes out a round tin.

"I had my assistant buy your favorite soup."

"Thanks, sis. I was going to starve from eating all these military food."

Rosé Han chuckles and helps Junkyu sit up and feeds him the soup. What she doesn’t know, is that, if the King of Jealousy was to be here, he would be eating a ton of vinegar.

After Junkyu finished drinking the soup, the siblings chatted for a bit, then he fell a sleep because of the exhaustion. Looking at her younger brother, Rosé Han smiles faintly. She gently stroke his head before turning to leave.

Walking out of the hospital, Jeon Jungkook was already parked in the front, waiting for her. Rosé Han gets into the car, "Go to Union Hospital."

"Have you asked Haruto who the other boy is?"

Park Jimin's deep attractive voice sounds from behind his desk. From the other side Kim Taehyung looks at his boss and sighs, "I did. However, he says he doesn’t know, only that the boy was a passerby who was taken by mistake."

Park Jimin nod his head, "The footages you hacked, the boy was helping Haruto?"

Kim Taehyung: "Yes."

"It seemed, Ghost Gang crossed the line when they took the boy. Have you found anything on the man?"

Kim Taehyung: "No... It’s weird because, it’s like the person doesn’t exist at all."

Park Jimin: "Keep looking, he’ll show himself in time."

Kim Taehyung salutes, "Yes, Boss!" However, he sighs in relief inside. His boss must be a good mood thanks to the lady boss, because usually, he would be tortured right now. Not expecting his boss to have anymore to say, Kim Taehyung turns to leave the office.

"Make sure to remove the person who blocked my wife’s path. That’s an order."

"..."

Hearing his boss’s words, Kim Taehyung's heart jumped in joy!!! Yes!! He can finally get rid of the evil vixen!! Hallelujah!!!!

He turns around and salutes again, "Assistant Kim will definitely get rid of the evil vixen! We will no longer be surrounded by her evil spirits!!" Not waiting for a response or see his boss’s reaction, he quickly leaves the room.

From behind his desk, Park Jimin was dumbfounded. The corner of his mouth twitched. He can’t help but wonder why his assistant and Rosé Han's assistant seemed like they could be brothers. Shaking his head, he continues on with his work. He needs to kill time until he goes pick up his wife from work.
