What makes Venti more surprised as his eyes wide open is upon saw a pillar of dark energy is shooting up toward the sky and piercing through clouds that was coming from Inazuma.

It's dark energy ascending to Godhood through the three realms of this world.

And again, he was too familiar with this kind of energy.
