Kierra let out a loud frustrated groan as she tried to get sleep but couldn't because her sister was in the bed next to her on facetime with her friends being loud and their was a card game going on next door and they were playing music loudly .

She didn't miss living with her mama and she was embarrassed that she was back living in the projects . She didn't understand how she fucked up her lifestyle just that fast.

She went from living in a gated subdivision riding in private jets and driving with chauffeurs to being back in the magnolia projects a sharing a bedroom with her thirteen year old sister .

Kierra threw the cover off of her body and went to her mother's room . " Mama can you tell Keedy to get off the phone i'm trying to go to sleep " Kierra fussed .

" No I cannot . That is her room , you're in her room . " her mom helped up for her sister causing her to smack her teeth . " and if you're gonna be staying here you need to help me with the bills and groceries "

" bills ? " Kierra scoffed. " mama you're on government assistance you don't pay rent and the water bill is fifty dollars and the lights is only one thirty and you get fifteen hundred dollars of food stamps . The most you have to pay a month is three hundred dollars if that "

" I didn't ask you what I get . Your pregnant ass is in here eating up everything . I have five kids here that those food stamps is for and you're making the bills higher taking long ass showers and cutting the lights off and on " Her mom said causing kierra to smack her teeth.

" i'm just saying kee .. it should be no reason you're back living in the projects with me when both of your baby daddy's are famous rappers " She said .

" I know mama . don't worry about it I already took care of that " Kierra said .

" what does that mean kee ? "

" I won't be staying here much longer " Kierra said simply . She wasn't about to tell her mama her business because the whole project would know and she wasn't trying to have that .

A Few Weeks Later ...

" Kia I wish you keep still and go your ass to sleep " Zo complained . He was trying to sleep but he couldn't because Kia was turning and getting on her phone every couple of minutes.

" I can't .. i'm too excited for tomorrow " Kia told him . Even though Kia gave birth to the babies weeks ago , they couldn't bring them home right away because they were considered to be premature and the first few weeks they were having trouble breathing on their own for long periods of time so the hospital wanted to keep them in the NICU to give them breathing treatments and to monitor them closely in case of something more serious .

At first Kia and Zo were upset that she was released to go home without the babies but they understood it was for the best . They spent most of their time when they weren't at the hospital watching the babies on the cameras set up in the NICU .

But now that some time has passed all three of them were doing perfectly fine with breathing on their own and Kia and Zo were finally able to bring them home.

" I'm excited too but i'm smart enough to get some sleep . This probably our last night getting some good sleep " Zo told her .

Zo'hara had just started sleeping throughout the whole night in her own room so he knew it was gonna be a minute before they were able to get a goods night rest without any interruptions again .

" I'm trying I just can't fall asleep " She said as she turned to face him .

" You want some dick ? that always put you to sleep " Zo offered . He was counting down the days until Kia reached her six week mark because this was the longest he'd ever gone without having sex . By her being high risk and her uterus being fragile the doctor recommended them against it and while they did other things it wasn't the same .
