You are driving from work after a tired day so maybe you are going faster than you should for that street. Aomine notices your car and turns on sirens asking you to stop.
"Crap..." you see it and stop the car sighing annoyed.
Aomine gets out of the car and stands next to your car's window "Officer Aomine Daiki please show me your documents babe" he smiles.
You flinch annoyed with the nick name "Alright, but if you don't mind don't call me that" you say coldly and hand him your documents.
He chuckles "(y/n) why are you driving faster than the limit is?"
"I just didn't realise it, I understand I did it wrong so tell me how much the fine is and I'll pay it" you say wanting to end the conversation now and go home.
"Are you trying to buy me?" he chuckles.
An irk mark appears in your forehead "No I'm not!" you say offended.
"Babe don't be so mad. Please come to my officer's car I have to check if you're sober"
"Are you serious?!" you frown "And I said stop calling me that!"
"Checking if you're sober is part of my job even if I see that you're sober. And you have to do everything I ask because it's legal for me to ask you to go to my car in purpose" Aomine says raising his eyebrow.
You growl internally "Fine, let's end this already" you come out of the car and go to Aomine's police car.
Aomine sits next to you and gives you the drunk tester. You take it and blow on it moving a bit away from him.
Aomine smiles and takes tester from you "Sober"
"Then can you give me the ticket so I can go already?" you say annoyed.
"Are you in a rush?"
"Wow... In which have you noticed that?" you ask ironically.
"You know that when I'm wearing this I can fuck with your brain even whole day if I want to honey?!" he clears his throat "Miss being disrespectful with police officer is unacceptable"
"Tch... I don't care what you are wearing! Being a policeman doesn't give you the right to be rude and use people for fun! That's why I hate policemen... You're all the same!" you say and storm out the car.
"Hey!" he jumps out of the car "Now you're really doing bad thing miss. You can get another ticket for disrespecting a policeman!"
"Then do your job from the beginning and give me my ticket now!" you stop and glare at him holding your hand.
"Calm down you need to get back in a car" he points at the car.
"Why exactly?!" you answer angrily.
"Because I'm asking you to" Aomine says frowning.
You clench your fists glaring at him but walk to the car "I hate policemen..." you mumble to yourself.
Aomine sighs and goes to the car as well "Is this your first time?"
"What do you mean?" you ask coldly not looking at him.
"I don't know... Fucking with policeman and driving fast?" he looks at you with a mad eyes.
You glare at him "Yes is my first infringement and no, is not my first time dealing with policemen. Anything else that you need, 'officer'?"
"If you're going to keep talking with me like with a piece of shit I'll need to arrest you!" he says angrily.
You flinch "F-Fine! I'll stop but then let's finish with this and give me my ticket or my tickets I don't care anymore" you turn your face from him.
