She said, "Careful or you'll lose it"

But girl, I'm only human

And I know there's a blade where your heart is

And you know how to use it

As I stepped once more onto the cobblestone path leading to the grandiose Hogwarts Castle, a wave of nostalgia washed over me. The familiar scent of the castle's stone walls mingling with the fresh, dew-kissed grass filled the air, bringing back memories of my time at Hogwarts last year.

We continued down the path, making our way toward the picturesque view of the lake. The shimmering waters reflected the castle's towering spires, creating a scene that was nothing short of breathtaking. The chatter of fellow students filled the air, and the excitement for the new school year was palpable.

Draco and Blaise, always the eager ones, tried to navigate their way through the bustling crowd. Draco, in particular, was not one to mince words when faced with an obstacle.

"Move, you bloody oblivious lot!" Draco's voice cut through the chatter as he pressed forward, his determination clear. Blaise followed suit, offering a more subtle but equally determined push through the sea of students.

As we neared the gathering at the lakeside, the source of the commotion became clear. A boat had just arrived at the Hogwarts shore, and from the sky above, a few carriages were beginning to descend. It was a sight to behold, the kind of magical entrance that only Hogwarts could provide.

I exchanged a glance with my friends, and we couldn't help but share our excitement about the arrival of the new students. The beginning of the school year at Hogwarts was always a special occasion, filled with anticipation and the promise of new adventures.

"I thought the tournament was scheduled for later this year, not beginning now," I remarked, a touch bewildered by the unexpected turn of events. Pansy, standing beside me, simply shrugged, her expression mirroring my own uncertainty.

As we watched the carriages touch down on the grounds, I couldn't help but wonder what this early arrival meant for the upcoming events at Hogwarts. The anticipation hung thick in the air, a palpable energy that hinted at mixed emotions of the  times ahead. Conversations buzzed around us, speculating about the nature of the tournament and the visitors it had brought to our beloved castle.

My mind drifted back to the memories of my two years at Beauxbatons. Those years hadn't ended as gracefully as I'd hoped, and the uncertainty of who might have arrived in those mysterious carriages gnawed at my thoughts. With a heavy sigh, I turned to make my way inside the magnificent Hogwarts castle, the hallowed halls of which I was now entering with a sense of anticipation.
