"Come on skinny love, what happened here?"
Birdy

Y/n's Perspective

I can recall the times I was alone with Sebastian Sallow on that Undercroft. But I can't recall any time when we both had stayed in complete silence for this long.

My heart still raced as my eyes kept low.

It felt strange. I wanted to say so much, yet, nothing at all.

"I apologize." Sebastian let out first.

I must've been so consumed in my own thoughts, it took me a minute to process what Sebastian told me.

I stared up, gazing over the freckles from afar.

Sebastian's face was low, but he struggled to keep his eyes upward at me as he raised a hand and spoke in motion.

"I want to apologize for my behavior," Sebastian forced out, "It wasn't very fair of me to treat you that way."

I jolted in surprise at his apology, but feeling at ease, I gave a light smile and nodded.

"It's alright...no hard feelings." I gulped, knowing there were hard feelings.

Sebastian gave a nod, but didn't say anything else after my words.

To avoid awkwardness, I took a few steps backward and set my hands together.

"Right, uh, I suppose we should head to Hogsmeade. Y-You do remember—"

"Yes." Sebastian answered bluntly.

"Okay," I nodded looking around, "I know there's a passageway back to Feldcroft in here, but Hogsmeade would be a lot easier if we took the Floo right outside the Undercroft."

"Floo?" Sebastian questioned, "Does that not make you sick?"

Sebastian's question sent a wave of sentimentality over me. He remembered my weakness with Floo transportation. He remembers.

I could feel my eyes soften at his question and stared up at him, "You remember?"

Sebastian blinked once, gazing down to the floor again, "Ominis mentioned something about it." He fixed.

I was suddenly brought back to reality and the sentimental feeling quickly faded away from me again.

"Oh," I sighed, "Right. It's alright. It's just Hogsmeade. Not too far."

Luckily, when Sebastian took his first breath in the Defense Against the Dark Arts tower again, he froze for a bit; the second year students around us were oblivious to who he was as we stood there.
