A Favor In Need

"Eh? Nakasone-kun... You know her?!" A male student asked with a puzzled expression.

"Everyone knows her! Are you an idiot!?" another student chimed in.

"W-Well, we know that Roselia is a popular band... but why does their guitarist know Naksone!?" Another male student questioned, clearly taken aback.

I found myself at the center of a small crowd, all eyes on me, and I stammered, "U-Uhh..." Feeling quite flustered by the sudden attention.

Hikawa spoke up, her voice firm, "Excuse me but I'm not an animal in a zoo, so please stop staring at me. Also, Nakasone-kun, I am sorry to intrude like this, but would you like to come with me for a bit?"

I nodded, my face still flushed from the sudden attention. "Y-Yeah..."

She sighed and gestured for me to follow her. As we walked past the curious onlookers, I could feel their intense gaze on my back.

I'm dead tomorrow, I can feel it.

I called out to her hesitantly, "Uhh, Hikawa-san?"

She stopped and turned to me, "What is it?"

"Uhhhm, is there something you need from me?"

"Yes," she replied. Hikawa then reached into her pocket, took out her phone, and began fiddling with it. She eventually showed me a video of Poppin'Party's summer music video.

I looked at the video and then back at her, confused. "Erm? What about that?"

"Well, I assume you already know what we're gonna ask, but... let's not talk here. They are waiting."

"W-waiting? Who's waiting?"

Hikawa sighed, "Just follow me."

I couldn't help but feel a bit uneasy as I followed her.

Did I somehow get on her bad side?

A few minutes of walking led us to a family restaurant, and we both entered. The atmosphere inside was calm and inviting, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the school.

As we walked past the tables, I couldn't help but notice some familiar figures seated at one of them.

"You're late," Yukina said as she looked at Hikawa.

"Don't ask. His school ends at 4:30 PM."

"Now now, you two. He's already here anyway!~ Oh! Sayo~ Want some?" Lisa offered some fries to Hikawa, who hesitated for a moment before sitting down beside Ako and grabbing a few fries to munch on.

I couldn't help but feel a bit out of place like I had intruded on something important.

"Uhh... I already asked this, but... What do you guys want?"

Yukina then stood up and looked at me intently, her piercing gaze making me slightly nervous. "Nakasone-kun, I have a favor to ask you."

My heart raced. A favor from Yukina Minato? I tried my best to remain calm. "A favor..."

But before we could continue, I needed to address something that had been bugging me.

"I see... before we start, how do you guys know where my school is?"

The members of Roselia exchanged glances before Yukina spoke up to answer my question, "We asked Marina-san."

We'll have a long talk later Marina-san.

"Now then, Nakasone-kun, I want you to make us a-"

But I couldn't let her finish her request just yet. "Wait!" I interjected.

Yukina raised an eyebrow. "What is it this time?"

I needed to clarify something first.

"How did you know it was me who edited that video?"

The members of Roselia exchanged glances once more before Yukina responded, "Marina-san told us that you were helping PoppinParty create a new song."

"At first, Yukina didn't really care, although she couldn't be honest about it since she was looking forward to it," Lisa added.

"And it was great! Right, Rin-rin!?" Ako turned to Rinko, who was smiling at me.

"Y-Yeah... I like this MV. The editor must've poured a lot of time into this music video," Rinko replied with a shy smile.

"Urgk."

Marina-san... We're definitely going to have a talk later about sharing my personal information without my consent.

"Well, it all comes to the conclusion that... whoever that person helping PoppinParty with this video is, is none other than..." Yukina pointed directly at me, "You."

I couldn't help but chuckle. "Haha... You got me."

Yukina seemed to be taking on the role of a detective.

"Now then, back to the topic at hand," Yukina said as she took her seat and turned her attention to me. "Nakasone-kun, we need your help to create a music video."

I stayed silent for a moment, contemplating Yukina's request. "I can do it," I finally replied, "but is there anything in it for me?"

Everyone suddenly started smiling mischievously, and then Lisa placed a ticket on the table.
