8 years ago at Golden Oak Middle School. The bell rings. All the kids were walking out of their classes.
Mrs. Reeno:Alright class make sure to do your homework and we'll pick back up where we left off.
A part of the main young group walks out.
Young Loki:Oh, man I didn't understand a single thing she said!
Young Elijah:I wish I couldn't say the same for me.
Young Marlen:I can help you guys.
Young Wesley:It's gonna cost you though.
Young Elijah:Come on man you be pricing too high.
Young Loki:I think I'll just fail.
Young Wesley:Haha I'm just kidding guys.
Young Marlen:Have you guys seen where CJ went?
Riyu walks up to them.
Young Riyu:We good for some ice cream later?
Young Loki:I'm always down for ice cream!
Young Wesley:We just gotta find the other two.
Young Riyu:Last I saw CJ he was running over to the portables.
Young Marlen:That's where Sofia's last class is. He's never gone over there after the last bell before.
Young Loki:Maybe he's changing things up.
Young Wesley:Yeah, new CJ-type stuff.
Young Elijah:Well let's go get those two before trouble sprouts.
The 5 walk over to the portables.
Bully#1:Move out the way, reject! We're teaching this smart ass a lesson!
Bully#2:You're gonna learn not to mess with the big boss!
The Young Guardians see 3 kids beating up CJ while he is trying to protect Sofia.
Bully#3:Stop protecting your little girlfriend!
Young CJ:Don't touch her or I'll kill you!
One of the bullies kicks the boy out of the way.
Bully#2:Nothing but words.
Bully#1:No one to hide behind now!
Riyu comes out of nowhere and punches the guy in the face, knocking him back.
Bully#3:The hell you think you're doing?!
Young Elijah:Get away from them!
Young Marlen:We don't care who you are, we'll beat you up.
Wesley punches another one of the bullies in the crotch making them fall to their knees. Loki helps Sofia up.
Bully#1:Tsk let's go, we don't have time to deal with losers anyway.
The bullies all walk past the kids.
Young Marlen:Someone really needs to teach them some manners.
Riyu helps CJ up.
Young Riyu:You good bro?
Young CJ:I'm not the one you need to worry about.
The two run over to the others. CJ takes Sofia by the hands.
Young CJ:How you doing Sofia?
Young Sofia:*Soft*I'm fine. Thank you for the help.
