Third person POV

Killua hesitated. The weight of his sister's secret pressed heavily on his mind. The entity, Nanika, that resided within Alluka's body, granting wishes at a steep price, was not something he spoke of lightly. Revealing this to anyone outside his family and close friends was a risk.

'Should I tell her?' Killua stared at Tress before chuckling to himself. 'Who am I kidding? If she already knows about it, might as well just tell her.'

At this moment, Killua decided to trust Tress. He had already considered her a friend, even if he didn't know everything about her.

Taking a deep breath, Killua decided to open up to her.

"My sister, Alluka," Killua started, his voice steady but laced with underlying tension, "she's not like other people. There's something inside her—an entity I called Nanika. Nanika has the power to grant wishes, but the cost of those wishes can be... devastating."

Tress's expression remained focused, her eyes never leaving Killua as she listened intently.

"Alluka was isolated, imprisoned," Killua said, his voice tinged with the pain of those memories. "Our family feared her, feared what Nanika could do. But I know she's not a monster. Nanika isn't either. They're both a part of my sister, and I promised to protect her."

Tress remained silent, her gaze steady and thoughtful as she absorbed Killua's words. Despite the alcohol's influence, her mind seemed sharp, her eyes reflecting a depth of understanding that surprised him.

Killua took a moment to gauge Tress's reaction, his heart pounding in his chest. He knew how unbelievable his story sounded. After all, the concept of an entity residing within his sister and granting wishes at a terrible cost seemed more like a dark fairy tale than reality. He met Tress's gaze, searching for any sign of disbelief or skepticism.

"I know it sounds far-fetched," Killua admitted, "But it's true. Nanika is real. She's the one who saved Gon after he used vow and restriction and ended up in a state worse than death. Without her, he wouldn't be alive today."

Tress remained silent, her thoughtful expression betraying no hint of doubt or mockery. Instead, she seemed to be carefully considering his words.

"What you said is plausible," Tress finally responded, her tone measured and calm.

"I've seen enough in this world to know that there are things beyond our understanding. Your sister's abilities... they fit into that category."

Killua was taken aback by Tress's unwavering acceptance. Her composure and immediate understanding were unexpected, and he couldn't help but feel a mixture of relief and curiosity.

"Do you really believe me?"

"Why? Did you lie?"

"Of course not."

Tress offered him a small smile before explaining, "There are many mysterious things in this world. Having an entity that doesn't belong to Earth is not as uncommon as you might think. Take the Saiyans, for example, or the Namekians, Majins, and even Demons. The Chimera Ants themselves didn't originate from Earth. The universe is vast and filled with creatures and entities beyond our understanding."

Killua found himself deeply impressed by Tress. Despite her youthful look, she carried herself with a wisdom and understanding that seemed beyond her years. It was a rare quality, one that he deeply respected.

'She would look dependable if only she isn't a drunkard.' Killua thought to himself with a sweatdrop.

"But... you know..."'
