"See you soon masked beauty." He winked and ran to the castle, pushing the doors open.

He left me standing there on the exit of the forest with my hands limp on my sides, my left hand still holding the object. It felt smooth in my touch.

Wow.

I could not process what just happened.

He ran away... I let it sink in.

He ran away! He's got some nerve! Kissing me and running away! I thought, infuriated, almost crushing the object in my hand.

But if I was him I would have ran too...it would be really embarrassing. I sighed.

At least I know what he looks like. So that I won't forget him. Shaggy black hair and onyx eyes. Dark onyx eyes that look like they see right through your soul, eyes that hold a galaxy. A galaxy of secrets. And his lips. It was soft, warm and it molded with mine like we were made to fit each other.

"Sapphireeeeeeeeeeee! Can you please come here?!" Jade shouted excitedly smirking, snapping me out of my trance. Scarlet looked at me smirking too.

This is creepy. Scarlet. Smirking. Shit. Something bad is gonna happen. Wait! Did they see Lucas?!

Hesitantly I walked over to them clutching the object to my chest.

"Who was that!!!" Jade screamed, taking both my shoulders and staring at me with crazed eyes.

"W-who are you talking a-about." I stuttered, lying to them.

"We saw you leave the Ball with that guy." Scarlet accused, still smirking.

"What guy?"

Shit! They saw Lucas!

"Hmmmm. So his name is Lucas huh?" Jade smirked. Then she started laughing. Hysterically. Like a maniac.

"Is he your boyfriend?" Scarlet questioned.

"No. Maybe? I don't know!"

Is he my boyfriend now? Or did that kiss mean nothing to him?

"Guys start the car! Start the freaking car!" Alexis shouted from the castle door, running towards us with her heels in her hands, snapping me out of my thoughts.

Wait what?! It's a good thing she interupted or else that conversation would have ended badly.

"Okay! Guys get in." Scarlet commanded, opening the backseat door.

Scarlet and I got in but the driver was nowhere to be seen. Jade got in the front seat and started the limo. I'm the only one who doesn't know how to drive. Such sadness.

We left the door open and Alexis practically threw herself inside rapidly closing the door.

"Start the car bitches!" She screamed making us flinch at her loud voice in the confined space.

Jade did not have to be told twice before she drove. She drove a good kilometer away before stopping at the side of the road.

"What the hell happened?" Jade demanded, "Cinderella is supposed to lose her shoe when she runs away not hold it!"

Wait. She us angry because of that!?

"I'm not Cinderella! I'm Alexis you bitch! And that bastard wasn't my freaking prince!" Alexis retorted.
