Chapter 27♕ Kidnapping Time!

"Luce!" Definitely Lucas. Only he calls me Luce. I turned and saw Lucas in his car. It was sleek and black. I wish I knew how to drive. I sighed. "Do you want me to send you home?" Aw. He's so nice. I thought, forgetting about the earlier incident.

I smiled at him and shook my head.

"I'm going to Gale's house. But thanks." I said. I took a peek in the car and saw Wendy smiling at me. I smiled back at her and walked away.

I walked over to Gale's yellow Ferrari and stood outside the car, waiting for Hayden and her to stop kissing. I realized they would not break apart and sighed. I coughed loudly. They ignored me.
I cough louder and accidentally hit the window with my math textbook. It's four hundred pages thick.

This time Gale broke apart and lifted her head. Frowning at me. Actually, it was more of a scowl.

"Bye babe." Gale kissed Hayden goodbye and Hayden got out of the car.

"Bye Sapphire." Hayden said, walking past me.

I smiled brightly and shouted at his retreating back. "That's the first time you talked to me this year!" I heard him chuckle but he did not turn back.

"Are you flirting with my boyfriend?" Gale teased, when I sat beside her in the car.

I scoffed. "Sorry. Not my type." I replied, rolling my eyes.

Gale smiled mischievously. "Then who's your type? Lucas?" Gale said, raising her eyebrows knowingly.

I blushed and quickly denied it. But everyone knows it is true.

Gale drove off the car park. "Eh?" I said, confused. "How about Alexis, Skylar, Jade and Scarlet?"

"Sky will be going to 7-Eleven first. Jade and Red will meet us there and Alex is in the trunk." Gale replied, speeding up upon reaching the highway.

"Oh." Then it sunk in. "Alex is in the trunk?!"

"Yeah." Gale replied, nodding her head.

"Why?"

"Sky and I think she's the cause for all this." Gale said. "She was the first one to throw food. More suspiciously, she threw it at Zachary. So I asked Red to help us kidnap her."

I looked suspiciously towards the back. At the same time, Alex hit the back of the trunk with her legs...or hands? I'm not sure.

"FUCK YOU! GALE! GET ME OUT!" She screamed at the top of her lungs.

"What the hell?" I said to Gale.

Gale just shook her head.

"Saph. I know you're in there." Alex said, her voice more softer. "GET ME THE FUCK OUT!"

"Eek!" I squealed, pressing my back against the window. I just realized I didn't put the seat belt on, I quickly buckled myself. Gale is.... a careless driver.

"Gale have you thought of something?" I asked in a sickly sweet voice. Gale shook her head, getting out of the highway. "How the fuck are we going to get her out?"

We reached her house and Gale stopped the car. "Um. I think I'll ask the butlers and maids to help."

I rolled my eyes. ""What if she screams? The neighbors will hear. They'll think we kidnapped her."

Gale laughed. "I'm the queen here. I can do anything I want."

After making Alex unconscious, the butlers helped carry her down to the basement. Gale ordered them to tie Alex down to the coffee table. They did it without any questions.

"Is Alex that dangerous?" I asked Gale in fear.

"Yup, just be careful." Gale said, ushering the butlers out of the room and locking the door.

Once they left I sat on the chair beside Alex's unconscious body.

"Gale I think this is illegal. Was that thing on the handkerchief chloroform? Isn't that illegal?" I asked as Gale took something out of the cupboard at the back.

"Um, I'm not sure. But we've had that since...idk. Long time ago." Gale answered handing me a black shirt and black tights.

I lifted it up. "What's this for?"

"Oh. It's just to make it more realistic. You can go to the toilet upstairs. I'll keep watch."

I nodded and opened the door, climbing up the stairs.

I opened the door to the toilet other kitchen. I stripped out of my pink jeans and white shirt.

I put the black sweater and tights on, looking into the mirror. This thing makes my ass look big. I don't like it.

I took a piece of Hershey's chocolate from Gale's refrigerator and a pillow from the living room.

I was about to go back down when the doorbell rang.

"It's okay Debby, I'll get it." I said to Gale's nanny, Debby.

She nodded and smiled before going back into the kitchen.

I opened the door to come face to face with Sky, Red and Jade. Sky was holding a plastic bag full of beer and chocolate. Jade and Red were holding a handbag full of DVDs. All three of them were wearing outfits matching mine.

"Welcome to Gale's humble abode." I said, opening the door wider for them to open. "Go to the basement."

I followed behind them, closing the door when we were all in.

Gale's basement was our hangout. It was painted black, courtesy of ourselves. It had a television, computer, coffee table, sofa, small refrigerator and air-conditioning.

"Where should I put this? Alex is taking up the whole coffee table." Skylar said, lifting up the beer and chocolate.

"Just leave it on the floor." Gale said, pointing beside the sofa.

"When is she going to wake up?" Jade asked, poking Alex's cheek.

"No! Don't do that-" Gale was cut off by Alex groaning. "Shit, she's awake now."

Alex's eyes fluttered open, squinting because the coffee table was under the light.

"What're we gonna do now?" Scarlet asked, looking at Alex.

Alex must have recognized our voices because her eyes opened wide and her head craned to look at us.

We all took seats on the chairs around Alexis. Jade sat beside me, sitting on Alex's left side. Scarlet and Sky sat on Alex's right side. And Gale was seated by her feet.

"Why are you sitting there?" Jade asked Gale.

"So I can tickle her if she refuses to answer." Gale replied. Only now I noticed that Alex was not wearing any shoes.

Alex lifted her head up a little, her eyes finding Gale's.

"YOU! LET ME OUT OF HERE!" Alex shouted, thrashing against the ropes they tied to the table.
