Hey guys!! I've decided to post a new story. I've been working on it for a while but I didn't know if I wanted to post it. It's way better than My Life, My Secrets, My Story because this one is actually edited and more organized, I think anyway. Here you go. Don't worry, I'll still post My Life, My Secrets, My Story.

Part 1

"Mommy!! Mommy!!! Wake up!!! Wake up!!!" came a sweet little voice from reality.

"Ugh!! Sweetie, mommy is dreaming!" I told the voice.

"But mommy!!! It's 3:45!!" yelled another sweet voice.

My eyes snapped open. 3:45!!!! I'm supposed to be at work by 4!!! Why didn't my stupid alarm clock ever work!!

I looked at Alec then Alex. They both had brushed their hair, teeth and gotten dressed. Good. I kissed them both on the cheek, and stood up, grabbing my clothes.

"Guys, go to the breakfast table. Get your favorite cereal but don't pour it out. I'll be there in a couple minutes." I said, running to get into the bathroom.

I'd showered yesterday night so I just changed, washed my face, brushed my teeth and hair and ran into the kitchen, ready.

I'm Alice. I'm a senior at Gallagher High School. I'm still 17 though, and I only have 6 more months till my 18 birthday, only six more months till they can't take them away.

My life isn't a normal one. It’s definitely not normal. But I'll explain all that later.

"Ok, let's get some—" I started but I cut myself off.

They had already put the cereal it their bowls and were eating, almost finished. They had their jackets on too, since it was December, almost winter break time.

"Guys, you remember the last time you tried this?" I told them, caring yet strict.

"But we know how to do it this time!" said Alex.

"Yeah, we figured it out! We're smart!" said Alec, cutely.

"And done!" Alex interjected.

"See!" they both said, holding their bowls up for inspection.

"Alright, now, let's go!" I said, ushering them to the car, as I got on my jacket.

"But mommy!" Alex said.

"You need to eat too!" Alec finished.

They started and finished each other’s sentences like that, it was cute. They looked so much like—
