I walk in to the conference room for my Student presdent Meeting about prom. Okay why the hell is the boys basketball team in here? I ask. "We tryed pranking the principal. We took his car over night and then drove it into his car into his office and put a pig in it and somehow he found out." joe said. "Well yeah dumb ass you left your jersy in his car, and then rat all of us out," Marco said. "So to make a long stupid story short, we have to be on the prom committee as our punishment," Matt said. Yall are lame, you couldnt do anything better than that? I ask. " It was Joe's idea," Mason said. Okay well Im getting on to my meeting, I said.

Okay for the basketball team you guys can hang the lights and make sure the music will be played right and heard other than that stay the hell out of my gym, I said. they all laughed. I laughed. Okay Ann, Jordon I need flyers out leting everyone know when prom is, you can get the cheerleaders involded, whatever you want. I said. Maci and then I smiled haha Mason, I said laughing. "Jane dont do it," Mason said. I want you guys to hand out ballots of what the prom theme is, Mason I'm sure you like that, I said.

I walk up beside him and leaned down. Next time you glue my locker shut, i'll kick your ass, I said in a wisper. Luke can you please give these to every teacher so they can hand it out for people to vote on prom king and queen. Meeting adjourned. Oh and Mason and Maci Make sure you get the ballots out, I said. Oh hey I forgot to tell you Gabbie said Matt last night while I was reading her a bedtime story and the was a guy on the page and she pointed at it and said Matt,I said. "Oh wow are you for real?" he ask. Yeah, I said. "Has she she said your name anymore?" He ask. No now she just saying J, I said. She says moma, but she hasnt said anything to dad or daddy for Mark. 'Well geez I wonder why," Matt said. I know, I said. "Jane you said it yourself, She knows how to say my name, half of your name and moma but not dad or daddy because Mark isnt around enough. Jane your more of a parent to her than they are. they're always gone," Matt said.

Because I got a text right before the prom meeting from him that said, gone to hang out with friends Sophia came too. Matt's grandma's watching Gabbie, see you later tonight. And I feel bad that he did that because it's not her job, I said. "Jane you need to say something to him, because they are taking advanage of you and grandma. You dont want me saying something to him, because I might kill him," He said. I let out a small laughed. "Im not mad at you, It just frustrates me when he does that to you guys, and sometimes it's not just Mark, it's Sophia too," He said. I know, I said as we pulled into my driveway.
