3.| Followed.

I woke up instantly annoyed by Grants presence in my room.

"Morning" he smiled, "how was work?"

"Why do you care?" I snapped, sitting up.

"I'm sorry for not being supportive" he sighed walking further in to kiss my forehead.

"What was the problem anyway?" I mumbled throwing off my covers.

"Guess I'm a little Jealous is all." He said lowly.

"Of what?" I asked as I made my way around grabbing fresh clothes for a shower.

"Mac" he said finally after a long pause.

"Why? I barely know him" I retorted more calmly than I'd expect.

"I know, I know" he defended handing me a towel.

I pecked him on the lips and went into my bathroom without another word.

I showered longer than usual, washing away the booze smell that was prominent on my skin.

It was Saturday and I didn't have to work, so I decided to go sight seeing with Jordan's long term girlfriend Kailey, who had literally jumped at the opportunity to show me around.

"Kay's here!" Jordan called through my bedroom door.

"Be right out" I called back putting the finishing touches on my look.

If I had to name it, I'd call it, 'its hotter than the devils sauna out and I'm low on laundry' but I didn't care.

I joined Kailey and Jordan in the living room.

"Macey!" Kailey cheered, engulfing me in a too tight hug.

"Oxygen is important!" I grumbled when she finally let go.

"So is wearing enough fabric to cover your ass!" Jordan hissed, clearly annoyed at my shorts and crop top.

"Oh, leave her be! Have you even been outside?" Kailey giggled, playfully slapping Jordan's arm.

"Ready to go?" She asked me, I nodded in response as she kissed my brother.

"Gross" I mumbled, walking outside.

"Where to first?" Kailey asked as we climbed into my car, with her driving. Her car didn't have AC and that was not about to happen.

"Don't know... You're the tour guide" I whined.

"Hmmm, okay, how about we go look at the canyon, and then get lunch at the Luna Mesa!" She said excitedly.

I reluctantly agreed and we headed toward the canyon.

It was okay, nothing too miraculous.

We were sat on a ledge taking selfies, when another vehicle pulled up.

"Who else would be here?" Kailey asked as if I knew.

But when Mac got out, I ended up flapping my mouth like a fish, because seriously, what are the odds

"Grants Girlfriend " he nodded once, "Jordan's Girlfriend" this time he turned his lip up like he had eaten something sour.

Did he only know male names?

"Macey and Kailey works fine" I stated.

"What you doing out here all alone?" He asked, completely ignoring my statement.

"Sight seeing!" Kailey spat, guess she didn't like Mac either.
