Panic! in the classroom Pt. 2

AN:

This is pt. 2 to Panic! in the classroom (great name, I know) so the prompt is the same. ^-^

"Hey! That's not fair!" Dan shouted as the two played Mario Kart together after school.

"D-distractions aren't a-against the rules!" Phil exclaimed.

"Oh, yes they are!"

"N-nuh uh!"

"Ya huh!"

"N-no!"

"I guess that means this is totally legal!" Dan tackled Phil and proceeded to sit on Phil's stomach and tickle him.

"N-no! Th-that's not fair!"

"Oh, it so is!"

"D-dan!"

"Say mercy!"

"N-no!"

"I won't stop then."

"F-fine! Mercy! Mercy!"

Dan relented, grinning, "Ha! I won!" He shouted as his character crossed the finish line.

"O-only because you cheated!"

"I did not! You're the one who started it with the distractions!"

"All or n-nothing!"

"No way!" Dan said leaning down so the two were nose to nose.

"Y-yes w-way," Phil said suddenly less confident.

"Mmm... no."

"Y-yes."

"I don't think so."

"A-all or n-nothing."

"Mmm, maybe for a kiss."

Phil's face turned a bright pink, "Wh-what?" he squeaked.

"Maybe for a kiss," Dan repeated.

"I-I, um-" Phil was suddenly cut off by Dan dragging him into a kiss.

"S-sorry!" Dan yelped, stuttering for once. "I, uh-"

Phil pulled Dan in for another kiss, "Don't be."
