Banx: Hey!

I smiled, mostly because this was the second day that I have talked to this Banx person. The most I've tried to talk to didn't last more than an hour.

Me: Hi :D

Banx: What's up?

Me: Not much, just drinking tea.

It was true. My ass was sitting on the couch with some trash t.v on that made me cringe and a cup of green tea in my hand. It helped boost my metabolism and make the world go around with the caffeine in it.

Banx: Yuck, how can you drink that shit?

I smiled before taking another sip of the hot liquid. The slight bitterness made my tongue dance in happiness. It wasn't the best tasting drink but it was still delicious to me.

Me: Because I find the taste to be delicious lol

Banx: I bet you're delicious haha.

Me: Ha. Ha. Very funny.

My eyebrows furrowed on their own at his comment. It wasn't as offensive as it could have been but I still found the flirting odd.

He didn't respond. I had to think of something quick to say so I didn't leave him. A part of me didn't want him to leave because he wasn't the most perverted person out there. Yeah, I've only had the app for a week, but it seemed like people like Banx were rare.

Me: So what's your name?

Banx: Bill.

He didn't ask for my name.

Me: I'm Flora.

I added that to keep the conversation going but for some reason, he was slowing down his responses. Time for the big guns.

Me: How old are you?

It took him a few minutes to reply. A lot of minutes actually. By the time that he had replied, I had changed my clothes from my comfy pajamas to running shorts and a t-shirt that still hid everything away from the world. Unfortunately, I was going to the gym that was outside of my town. I wanted to change how I looked but I couldn't have done that with people from school at looking at me. 

Banx: 40.

Me: Oh.

Banx: Is there a problem?

Me: I'm 17...

His response was the quickest it had ever been in the two days we have been talking.

Banx: That's the age of consent from where I'm from ;)

Maybe he wasn't so rare after all.

Blocked. 

Hey, author here :D Just wanted to tell you thanks for reading and I hope you're enjoying this story so far. Kind of a rough start but I think I'm getting the groove of how I'm going to write this story.
