I feel like I'm being suffocated.
By demands of other people.
And of school.
And of life.

I'm feel like everything is weighing down me and that I can't do it, or that maybe I don't want to.

I'm slowly being suffocated by my own thoughts..or by my own goals and I don't know how to figure this out.

How do people be happy?
How do people not stress like this?
How are people okay?
