I was walking the normal school hallways, being pushed around and laughed at per the usual. Then I see him, lachlan power the man I've loved since 8th grade, now here is our first day as seniors, and he still doesn't know I exist.
Lately I've found myself thinking

Lachlan's boyfriend Jay was the captain of the football team, and they were perfect for each other. They had everything in common and were just meant to be.
He drives to school every morning

I've had Lachlan in about 15 classes over the years, yet he doesn't know my name. He just watches as others walk all over me, but I don't care. He's the nicest person I've met so that's why I love him. I know I can't, but I do. I feel like even though I've never said a word to Him, I love him more then Jay could.

As I move closer to Lachlan I notice he's with Jay, I thought they may have broken up over the summer due to Rob telling me they'd been fighting. I can't help but think about him, he's the only thing that's on my mind

My day went great well till lunch, all I heard was talk about Lachlan and Jay. I went to sit with Rob, but Lachlan was there as well. "Um why aren't you sitting with Jay and the football team." I asked sitting next to him. "He's a dick, I broke up with him, there's someone out there who is so much better that I've got my eye on. Sorry about him saying that stuff earlier. I don't think your a loser Vik." He says with a smile. "Oh, well I don't know if I should say sorry or congratulate you on your break up." I say with a nervous laugh. "Well I'm pretty happy, now I can do this." He says and kisses me.
