Gorgina's POV

He smiled. His dimples showed up. His white teeth... his sweet smiles... Does he know I'm trembling right now? My cheeks are, for sure, burning red. It's hard to breathe. His smiles could freeze me. My feet are nailed on the ground.

He's still staring at me while smiling. My heart beats faster and faster that I can barely breathe. Something inside beats louder than the speaker. I'm chasing now my breath.

I place the mic below my jaw.

"Y-yes." I said between chasing my breath.

"Yeeeeeeeiii"

"Aaaaaaaaaaaa."

"Oh my gosh!"

"You're so lucky girl!"

Their screeches made me weaker.

Cauli thread my direction, wearing his sweetest smile, with his dimples showing up. With his smokin' hot body, with his flawless moves.

His adam's apple moved. He licked his soft kissable red lips. My eyes were even nailed on it.

I shook my head, trying to focus on the current situation. Trying to interrupt my imagination. This guy really hit me hard.

He's carrying a black guitar.

I remember what you wore on the first day

His voice is calm, relaxing and sweet.

You came into my life and I thought hey

You know, this could be something

'Cause everything you do and words you say

You know that it all takes my breath away

And now I'm left with nothing

So maybe it's true that I can't live without you

And maybe two is better than one

But there's so much time to

figure out the rest of my life

And you've already got me

coming undone

And I'm thinking two is better than one

I remember every look upon your face

The way you roll your eyes, the way you taste

You make it hard for breathing

'Cause when I close my eyes and drift away

I think of you and everything's okay

I'm finally now believing

Then maybe it's true that I can't live without you

Maybe two is better than one

But there's so much time to figure out the rest of my life

And you've already got me coming undone

And I'm thinking two is better than one

I remember what you wore on the first day

You came into my life and I thought, hey (hey, hey)

Maybe it's true that I can't live without you

Maybe two is better than one

There's so much time to figure out the rest of my life

And you've already got me coming undone

And I'm thinking, ooh, I can't live without you

'Cause, baby, two is better than one

There's so much time to figure out the rest of my life

But I've figured out with all that's said and done

Two is better than one

two is better than one

The deafening sound of the crowds followed the ending of our song.

"Wow! What a wonderful performance! You have a great team!" Praised of one MC's.

"So? What's the feeling of having a duet with Mr. Hamlet?" Asked the other one MC

"Nothing, I guess?-"

"Boooooooo."

"No way!"

"Wait!" I said between the "boos" of the crowd

"I felt nothing but greatful." I smiled.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaa! "

"Oh my girl! You're so lucky!"

"Fuck him!"

I was caught off guard. Really? Like... no way!

"She's precious to me." Cauli butted in. I shifted my eyes to him and caught him smiling. Damn the dimples!

"Oh my!"

"Aaaaaaaaaaaa!"

There they go again. The deafening screeches of them made me uncomfortable.
I took a glance to him. He's smiling. A smile that can melt cold-hearted people. A smile that could turn your world up side down.

"Excuse me." I said and walked out.

I can't take the embarrassment anymore. My cheecks are burning red right now. I'm chasing again my breath. Hope this day will end.

I ran as fast as I could. I went to a place where no one else could see me.

This place is very relaxing. Just like his voice. -Err- I'm alone.

"Seems like you're enjoying the game, Gorgina Tanfield."

A playful cold voice made me tremble. I knew her voice. I shouldn't be mistaken.

I faced her.

Ruby?

"W-What are you talking a-about?" I stammered.

"Oh well. Let's not play innocence here. I know you like Cauli." She raised her left eyebrow.

"You must be mistaken, Ruby. He's just my friend."

"Oh" she laughed sarcastically. "I can see it in your face. The way your cheeks blush? You're eyes sparkle? You can't fool me, Gorgina." She rolled her eyes. "Well, let me just tell you this." She drew near to me. "You're just a mess. A mess belongs to nowhere. You don't deserve him. Never." She whispered against my ears. "You better go away from him. Or else..." she stepped back. "You will regret afterwards." She faced her back to me and left me dumbfounded.

Tears fell instantly. I don't know why.

I know I don't deserve him. She doesn't need to slap it on my face.
